Loved this video! I had to watch it in two parts as i was short on time. But I was able to glace through each mouth watching dish and it made me so hungry.. Such a variety. I really wish I'll get a chance to try all these someday.
I recently got a bottle of traditionally made shoyu. Aged for 4 years in wooden barrels instead of the modern quick method. The flavor profile is truly amazing and vastly different from any other shoyu I've ever had. Would love to see you try some
Give it a try, you might love it! And if not, well then at least you gave it an honest try. My dad isn’t a fan of sushi at all, he thinks eating raw fish is “weird”, but he has tried it.
I would definitely try Natto if prepared exactly from this place, judging on your reaction. Definitely some delicious looking items and not pretentious as done here in the states
