*凉皮粉浆
250g 中筋面粉
125g 小麦淀粉
3g 盐
650g 水
* 香料水
500g 水
八角 桂皮 香叶 花椒 各少量
盐 糖 鸡粉 (具体见视频)
*麻酱调制
100g 花生酱/芝麻酱
10g 芝麻香油
*调味汁
180~200g 香料水
20g 生抽
25g 香醋
15g 蒜泥

Liangpi, also called “cold skin” noodles, is a street food dish originally from Shaanxi Province. It has become popular throughout China and even abroad for good reason. Liangpi dishes are delicious, especially during the summertime. Traditionally, people need to wash the dough. The recipe and method I shared today is simple, no need to knead a dough and wash.
*Liang Pi
250g All-purpose Flour
125g Wheat Starch
3g Salt

* Seasoned Water

Star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, Sichuan peppercorns, each in small quantities
Salt, sugar, chicken powder

100g Peanut Butter/Sesame Jam
10g Sesame Oil
* Liangpi Sauce
180~200g Seasoned Water
20g Light Soy Sauce
25g Vinegar
15g Minced Garlic

I dis exact measurement but its not working. 1 cup All purpose Flour, half cup wheat starch and some salt and it didn’t work. Can you please put down recipe with exact measurement in english please
use scale please! I never recommend people using measurement cups spoons to make cakes and some special chinese Dimsums unless you are super experienced.
