非常好,我昨天做了,只是静置5小时后的底部会非常硬,视频里轻松搅动,另外300g面粉比较难做出10张来,因为面糊释的话难成型,500g比较合适

每次做都失败,不是太黏,就是太软,再不就是各种干裂!
你可能面粉没有选对,要用中筋粉;还有面粉水沉掉以后,上层的水不能倒的太干净,还有你可以在面粉糊里加少许红薯淀粉
如果是自己洗面,需要至少沉淀5 个小时,太软,太黏都是因为沉淀的时间不够 。干裂很有可能是因为你没有盖好盖子,盖好盖子蒸很关键!或者沉淀时间太长,导致面糊太稠了。
秘诀:加面粉重量的8%左右的木薯粉
