oh lucky for me! I chose the right one lol. I have super fine, limp hair with a super oily scalp and I chose revive. PHEW! lol....but...even though my scalp is SUPER oily (I HAVE to wash it daily) my hair is dry and I do lose it due to hypothyroidism. What do you recommend? My hair sounds like what your moms was like. You can for sure see my scalp on the top of my head. Maybe I should get the intense repair and alternate with the revive?
I've been using the let it grow cause i have a few bald spots due to scalp issues like psoriasis. My hair feel out where i had the issues. I've been using it for about a month and i like it. No issues and not shedding. After i finish my products i might get the black to keep my scalp clear.

Ayleenzz Yes I would recommend the black shampoo for sure. The super moisture shampoo is also very moisturizing but the black is going to be a better fit for oily roots. You could also do both of those and do the black for your first wash and super moisture for your second wash. I would also recommend the blowout cream if you style with the blow dryer which also offers a heat protectant and the Rejuvabeads beads is amazing for split ends and frizz. I just ordered the intense repair shampoo, I’m scared to try it now. I have very itchy scalp and my hair ir very thin and I’m losing a lot. It’s below my shoulders the ends a not dry nor super hydrated. If I don’t wash by the 3 day my scalp gets oily. Do you think is safe to use the shampoo? Or should I get a different one?

Maureen D I would personally recommend the classic confidence system instead of the density Duo. The intense repair shampoo might be a little bit harsh on your dry ends. Give it a try for a few weeks and if you find that it is too dry remember they have a 30-day money-back! your Market partner can call in for you and get an RMA number and you can ship it back and then order the right products. I'd also recommend getting a conditioner. A lightweight conditioner is a Revitalize conditioner for the IRT conditioner is a little more moisturizing.

I have coarse frizzy hair with a lot of breakage. I usually wash my hair 2-3 times a week. I blow dry my hair after washing and use a flat iron almost everyday. What products would you recommend? I am also graying and color my hair every 3-4 weeks. Thanks for your help.

What would you recommend for very fine, thinning hair... lots falls out with every wash and every time I brush. Very flat and “bald” thin spots around my hairline. Ends are very stringy and lots of split ends.. too much product or anything “heavy” weighs it down and only makes it more flat and dull.

What you have sounds like a good fit! if you start to feel overtime that your hair feels dry, you could always switch over to the Black.

Luna that should be fine. If you feel the Black isn’t moisturizing enough on your ends you can always get a different shampoo for mid length to ends . That should be good to start with though

The Black is a great shampoo for the majority of hair types and will promote the most growth since it has 2x's the amount of growth ingredients. If you're hair is very dry / damaged, then I would alternate it with the Renew or Smoothing shampoo. If you're hair is normal, then you shouldnt have any issues using the Black shampoo and just pair it up with one of our 3 conditioners depending on your moisturizing needs.

Just got my order today, I got the advanced hydration shampoo and the intense repair conditioner. I have VERY fine hair but it’s really thick and wavy/curly and dry. I’m worried that I shouldn’t have gotten this combo?? I had no idea what I was doing when I ordered, just made a best guess.

Help I used Monat for the first time bought a few different shampoos - and many of the conditioners and I have the oil as well. After my first use - all my ash blonde highlighted hair went orange & red - super brassy. Christine Davis - Hi I’m so sorry to hear that! The only reason that could possibly happen is if you had a lot of buildup to begin with that your color was put on top of. Think about it like if you’re painting wood that is extremely dirty and your painting on top of the dirt. You will first want to clean all the dirt off before applying the paint. The same goes with coloring hair. Monat is designed to remove the build up from your hair So if you had a lot of build up it may have removed the build up and anything on top of the build up. This is something a stylist will typically do as well or at least recommend people to use a clarifying shampoo or something to remove products from the hair before coloring services so the color lasts longer. If you have used the shampoo several times now then you should have all of the buildup out and getting another color service should stay in this time. Monat actually extends the life of color once you’ve used it a few times. All of The products are safe for color treated hair. Personally, I have blond hair and I use the black shampoo and revitalize conditioner. I never have issues with my color/toner washing out too quickly.

For someone with very thin hair that tangles easy, I put a perm in it to help with Body. I started off with black, intense repair treatment spray for the scalp and rejuvenique oil because of some areas are very dry scalp. What do you suggest for body? And should I rotate it with the black? Is there a Monet product I can switch so I can use for my curls, like a moose or curl spray
Are you using a conditioner with the black? Id definitely add the Revitalize conditioner if your hair tangles easily. The Black only has enough moisturizer in it for someone with a pixie cut. You can use just a tiny bit of conditioner to add to mid-length to ends to help with tangles. As far as products for curly hair, the Magnify Mousse is amazing. You only use a very little bit and can add a few drops of the Rejuveniqe oil to it also before applying to hair. It makes curls defined without the 'crunchy" feel that most mousses give. Also, if you prefer a cream over a mousse, then you'd love the curl cream! Again, a little goes a long way. I use that in my daughters hair with a few drops of Rejuveniqe oil added to it. It's great! I'd stick to the Black shampoo, Scalp spray, Revitalize conditioner and one of those styling products .

I would try the black before the IRT. They do he same thing and the black is more moisturizing. And yes, you can alternate saw also if you end up doing the irt and feel your hair getting dry

Nicole Yes! If your process date has not processed yet you can always go back in and edit your products! Do it quickly. Once it processes then you have to return for a refund and place a new order. If that’s the case then your market partner should be able to help you get in RMA number.

So what is the deal with clarify shampoo??? I am an MP but I still don't understand the ingredients, effects and ideal hair type. Same thing I'm wondering with smoothing shamp.
Clarifying shampoos are great treatments that are needed ever so often. All though all of our shampoos are designed to help remove buildup, the clarifying shampoo works even harder to deep cleanse the hair even more so. It will do a great job removing removing environmental toxins, stubborn build up left behind from styling products, mineral deposits from hard water (which makes a HUGE different in the hair) and is also a great shampoo to use right before coloring the hair. Since it is removing all build up, it will help prolong the color since the color is able to penetrate deeper into the hair shaft. The Clarifying shampoo should only be used about once every 3rd or 4th wash.
--Smoothing Shampoo - Its a great shampoo for softening the hair cuticle and reducing frizz. Those that get frizzy hair due to humidity would definitely benefit from this shampoo. Also helps with static. It will give the hair a smooth, sleeker look.

So I have some damage...I don't color my hair. I have well water and chronic Lyme which cause a lot of hair loss. My scalp is dry but not so much my hair. I have very fine hair. I just, literally just placed the order...for the revive set, added the oil and the leave in conditioner from the moisturizing set to add some moisture. Would this be good to start with? I feel like maybe not?
Oh to add...I only wash my hair 1x a week. So maybe the the colonizing wouldn't be too drying since I wash so infrequently? This is what my representative suggested. She said volumizing or the renew....but I feel like the renew could be a bit much for my fine hair. I'm so confused😕 after watching different videos...even more so.
Kendra definitely give it a try! Every hair type is different. I personally find the Revive shampoo drying on me since I highlight my hair but you may like it.any do!. Especially since you have the oil and leave in to go with it. If it ends up not working, you can return it within 30 days. So I've been trying to find the right duo for me. My mentor told me renew shampoo with smoothing conditioner. I have oily roots, dry ends. I have bleached platinum blonde hair. For some reason my hair is really hard at the roots as if i put alot of product in it and left it in. I wash my hair thoroughly so I'm not sure whats making my hair hard. It didnt start until i switched to renew. I have curly wavy hair
Makizzlemynizzl It does contain the most amount of oil so maybe it’s just too heavy for your root area since you’re naturally oily. I’d try doing a combo wash. If you scroll through my recent videos I do a demo wash for combination hair. I’d do renew in ends and maybe the black on roots like I did in my video. Hope that helps!

Hey!! I'm about to buy some products and I was recommended to get intensive repair. At the moment I'm experiencing hairfall for a long time and my hair is fine/thin, and my scalp is itchy and dry. Overall its lacking moisture because I notice its frizzy and lacks shine, so would u recommend let it grow? And how about the volume shampoo? I'm generally concerned about it drying out my hair even more, however it does get oily quickly since I'm constantly in the gym and its naturally like that after 2/3 days without washing

rita takla nope not at all! Did you read research that shows that or “customers” saying that? People around the world actually consume it in larger doses. I read a bunch more with clear facts and not just opinions from customers because everybody's body works differently. I believe that people who experience hairfall such as me, is due to many factors within the body. One time I went through extreme weight loss, lost hair. Secondly, my thyroid was underactive, which put further stress, etc. However everything is stabilising which is why I'm ready to try Monat. The hairfall stories and others just scare me, but theres not product out there that's perfect, ever. But, for every person there turns out to be a right product.

Shania Humphrey the IRT conditioner is one of the most moisturizing conditioners monat has. If the IRT shampoo is drying your hair out you should really consider doing a different shampoo. Keep in mind if you purchased that shampoo recently, they have a 30 day money back guarantee so just ship it back and get something better for your hair type. What is your hair type currently? The IRT shampoo is really only recommended for people that have extreme balding, or really short fine, oily hair. It is very intense and very harsh on longer hair so I would definitely make a switch ASAP

Shania Humphrey if it's getting too dry, I would highly recommend the Black shampoo. I would continue to use the IRT conditioner with that shampoo but I would not recommend putting conditioner on your scalp and roots if your roots are naturally oily. Just focus mid-length to ends.

How is the shampoo supposed to remove silicone whe some shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioner and the mousse contain silicone, especially the black 2n1 has amodimethicone in the top ingredients?
Great question!
Some silicones, like dimethicone, have a bad reputation because they can cause product buildup with repeated use which is not good for the hair. Amodimethicone is different from dimethicone because the proteins of this ingredient hold a positive charge.
Positively charged ions actually repel each other. As a result these silicone proteins cannot layer on top of each other, continuing to build up like other silicones found in other products.
This can help prevent excessive buildup and leave hair feeling lighter.
Besides preventing excessive buildup, amodimethicone has other benefits too, such as:
it doesn’t weigh hair down
increases softness and smoothness of hair
improves texture and shine
reduces frizziness
increases color preservation
selectively binds to hair that’s more damaged
reduces friction between the hair shafts, preventing direct damage to the hair.

Can you answer a question for me? I tried to do the hair quiz, but what it failed to say whether or not someone has natural curly hair and the length as being to the middle of someone's back. I have Epilepsy Seizures and take a seizure medication that causes my hair to fall out as a side effect. Another side effect is a possible cause of scalp problems such as dandruff, psoriasis, and/or eczema. I do have scalp problems which is dandruff and my hair type is natural curly hair. In addition, I don't use any styling products on my hair such as mousse, gel, or hair spray. Another thing is that I don't blow dry my hair at all. The only thing I do is let it air dry naturally. My sister sent me a sample of Monat for the Shampoo plus Conditioner in one and I didn't like how it felt on my hair. After what I have written about myself, what Monat products do you recommend for me as a shampoo and conditioner?
Joy Chapman is your hair dry? The Black is great for scalp conditions but may not be moisturizing enough for really dry hair. You may want to try the Advanced hydrating shampoo. The IRT scalp spray would be very beneficial as well. They also have an Airdry cream you may like.
@@GinasOnlineFinds : My hair is oily on my scalp area on my head where I have dandruff at, but certain spots. For example, it is only around my spots by up near where my forehead is at. The rest of my hair is pretty normal and just has a natural curl to it after I wash it with shampoo. Another thing is that I have never put highlights, colored, or dyed my hair. My hair used to be down to my waist, but then I cut three inches off so I wouldn't have such bad scalp problems. Joy Chapman I would definitely suggest the black for your hair type but I would be to tell you to buy that if you didn’t like how it felt. Just make sure you are only using a nickel to quarter size, make sure your hair is very wet, make sure you’re renting it out very very and make sure you’re washing twice. Maybe you should give it another go around and try it for three weeks or so. If you don’t like it you can always return it were 100% refund minus shipping it back. I would focus on using a shampoo/conditioner for your hair type and needs and using Rejuvenique oil for your scalp. You can do overnight scalp treatmets several nights a week. Its amazing for the scalp

Hi so I went on the website and did the hair quiz and it said I should use the intense repair but after watching this I'm thinking I should use the black with a goid conditioner? I have fine thin bleached blonde hair witch I do straighten so my hair is damaged but I have no issues with my scalp...I also have hard water and usually use a purple shampoo. So what would you suggest?😊
Marissa Dotson Marissa Dotson I only recommend the intense repair treatment shampoo for people that have severe scalp issues like psoriasis, eczema or major balding. It can be very harsh on the actual hair. I would do the black shampoo and then depending on what type of conditioner you typically use, either the Deep smoothing conditioner if you want something heavy or the Revitalize conditioner if you need something lighter weight
I would also suggest the intense repair treatment scalp spray which will help a lot with your thinning. That comes with the classic confidence system. Which is the black shampoo and the spray

Yeah that’s not the shampoo I would normally recommend to someone that has thick, wavy hair. Obviously you probably don’t need volume lol Hopefully you took advantage of the 30 day moneyback guarantee and got your money back. There are many other great shampoos in the line for your hair type

I would highly recommend the Black Shampoo. Its great for oily scalps and also great for wavy hair as it will remove build up that weights hair and curls down.
