Not private school. Virtually all UK state-run high schools had mandatory uniforms in 80’s. My family were not well off, but we still had to come up with the uniform or I wouldn’t be allowed in school.

Same bruh R&B, Jazz and Blues was played around the house a lot especially around holidays like this memorial day. We used to put the speaker in the Window from the Record player, drop that needle and vibe until the sunsets or the BBQ finish sometimes which ever comes first. Why can't a red headed white person from England have soul!!!!! Some of the most moving tracks ever written are by white British artists... Stereotyping!!!! He wrote this at 17 yrs age about his mother leaving him & never coming back & you can hear the pain in his voice & lyrics. He's from Manchester, England & ALL kids wear school uniforms here so that's not a private school it's a state school uniform, we have uniforms so that every child is equal at school.
