great video straight to the point and not a lot of hoop -tala I learned the basic crocheting as a kid from my mom ... today I was just at a thrift store looking for something completely different and found this great yarn now I know what I can make with it thank you for sharing

Well I guess I’m 8 yrs behind lol! My friend saw this yarn at a second hand store & said here..make it lol! I had never seen this ever before! I loved your tutorial..you make it very easy to follow except the stitching on the fluffier one..I need to work on that lol! My question..out of curiosity..is after you combined your loops you slip stitch in the half-type stitch..why is that? Thank you so much for teaching me this beautiful scarf!💖

Lol! You’re never too late to make a ruffle scarf. Hey, if you find the yarn and enjoy working with it, that’s all that matters 😁. Glad you enjoyed my tutorial and was able to make yourself a ruffle scarf. The fluffier on takes time to get the hang of, but once you do, it gets very addicting! You want make about 10 😂. If you’re watching on a phone, you can pinch to zoom in to see the three stitches if that makes it helpful. What I called a half stitch isn’t really a half stitch. It’s just a loop that your other stitches slide across. When you put the crochet hook through that and pull it through. It’s called a slip stitch. I hope that’s helpful if not, feel free to ask questions.

I Bought this yarn on sale at Walmart for a dollar , awhile back, & just found them today; When I looked at the yarn I thought "What am I gonna do with this yarn. I bought a mesh". I came across your video. I like the way you explain the different ways to crochet with this yarn to come up with different ruffles scarves. I saw one at a Fall festival and it was so airy and light looking, dummy me should have taken a picture...
It was as if it was all one piece, with the top of the Sashay connected to the bottom of the row above. I know that probably doesn't make any sense...but thank you for trying to help me!
