I have an open field. Its soil is perfectly clear of rocks and very sandy. When I hake off the organic grass, it looks like pure sand like the beach. Do I still need to bring in the yellow soil like you have?

Hello I have an open hay field. What should I and building in southeast Texas between Houston and Beaumont. How do I go about making the house pad. Should I scrap off 3 inches of grass and dirt then drop in 60/40 medium the the slab on top?

How many loads of dirt does it take to move in a 16x80 mobile home? How many inches high should the pad be? And roughly what does this cost?
