looks delicious buddy! the type of pasta makes such a big difference as well. I picked up some artisan pasta when I was last in Napoli. it can be expensive here for what you get. I would make this but my girlfriend doesn't like lemon haha😂
Yeah man... the pasta is insane these days. Normally over 4 bucks for a pound! I bought a bunch on sale at 2.50, but that's what is should be anyways. Maybe if they didn't grow the semolina in the US, and then export it to Italy and process it into pasta, then import it back, it might be cheaper (aside from the nonsense going on w the economies). Doesn't like lemon?!?! lol that sucks Bro! Thanks for watching buddy!
