I honestly think a preemptive strike is illegal and immoral, or it should be if it isn't. Striking first would render you the initial aggressor, accused of a crime, wouldn't it?
I literally just got out of jail.. I was getting the mail and my neighbors pit bull come charging for me at my mailbox.. I made myself look big and told the dog to shut the f up. My neighbor has previously threatened me that he will have his pit bull eat my dog.. yes lovely neighbor.. long story short me and him and his dog had a altercation.. I went to jail. I truthfully didn't know he hit me in the temple. And the eyebrow.. realistically it didn't swallow until I went to the police station. I don't hardly remember anything. I do know after he hit me I fell down.. what I've be told I ended up on the inside of the door to his house. The cops seen nothing so I went to jail.. the people at the jail noticed my swollen eye and I had a lump on my temple. The guy when to the hospital and got a ambulance ride.. I was so out of it I didn't realize he hit me first. And I believe he gave me a cacusion*** I truly don't remember anything. I vagly remember getting hit.. long story short. I didn't tell the cop he ran up and hit me because I truly didn't remember.. this guy took a ambulance ride and I went to jail.. then the gaurdes at the jail started to notice my eye and that my temple was rather swollen

Is only in country or state that saids duty to retreat, thats when the burden is on the defamdant to prove self defense, but not in stand your ground countries or states as once self defense was claimed, the burden would be on the prosecuter to prove that the defandant werent self defending
So this is happening to my kid he was about to get jumped by two men Trying to defend his ex girlfriend now he’s the only one in jail for this please help with any advice this woman has a history of accusing many males of taking advantage of her so my kid his first instinct was to defend her
Going through the same thing, I told my brother in law to leave my house after cussing me out, he then pushed me twice, tried to another time and I punched him, he left and called the police now I have trial on the 26th ridiculous, police only got his side of the story and send a warrant in the mail…

So say if an autistic man who is very vulmerable, was one time attacked by a group of young children (age 6 or 7) and is bullied by them so badly, and he had a meltdown and hit these little kids back when they hit them first, can that be a defense too since the man is autistic, the hitting back children were a result of his mental disability meltdown and he think he is acting self defense too?
