These look awesome! Love your video production. This was actually the first chicken lollipop video I made all the way through. Now that I know how it's actually done, I may actually have to try to figure out how to adapt this to a gas grill. Thanks and subscribed from south of the border in Chicago!
Ohhh it’s been a while so I don’t 100% remember this particular sauce combo but, I like them sweeter. My go-to nowadays is Stubb’s Sticky sweet mixed with blues hog Tennessee red. Makes a good combo of sweet with a little heat.
The foil tops- amazing why not- so cool
Wow what a great close up shot!
Thank you very much!
Great video brother! Love me some chicken lollipops!

Awesome! Thank you so much!! Should be a pretty easy adaptation to gas, medium/high on indirect and you’re golden!
You make it look so easy Gerardo!! These lollies are lots of work, but totally worth it! Loooove the saucing part! Mmmm!!! :D
Thank you!! They’re definitely work but you’re right, worth it in the end! 🍻
I love using the vortex 'upside down' not only in the weber grill, but especially in the WSM when shorter cooks (
