Four things: first of all a single riff alone does not make an entire song, second 4 songs in KEA and 2 songs in RtL is not most of the album like you claim and third not sure if you know about this but Mustaine was part of a band called Metallica. Not Metallica ft. Dave Mustaine, M-E-T-A-L-L-I-C-A. Mustaine intended to use those riffs he wrote for Metallica's discography, not to save them in order to use them for another band or project of his own, making them Metallica riffs as well. After he was kicked out James and the boys had every right to use those riffs regardless of whether or not Mustaine asked them not to use them. And let's not forget he was creddited in every song his riffs were used. Henceforth stating that Metallica stole from him is utter nonsense. Fourth the only song in MoP which Mustaine claims that Metallica used one of his riffs for is Leper Messiah however that hasn't been prooved whatsoever and stating that the song's riff is Dave Mustaineish, like many Megadeth fanboys like to, is not a valid point. Therefore I beleive everything you said in your comment comes from a sentiment of hatred towards Metallica often shared by most Megadeth fans, instead of an imparcial examination of what really happened. For some strange reason, I prefer Dave over this. Hetfield's otherwise great vocals sounds bland and boring in this more complex musical context.
