Great hip opener flow. I shocked this 62yr old yogi when I tried and was able to do the splits on my right side. Left side, not as open, but thats okay. Thank you for all your wonderful videos. Namaste
Always love a new upload from you! Enhancing flexibility through the splits is so fulfilling. As a fellow instructor, I do think this practice could've incorporated a few more dynamic stretches before going into the splits since the muscles must be appropriately warmed before easing into the pose. I would especially recommend beginner students to practice moving in and out of low lunge/half splits & pyramid/high-lunge at least 10-20 times to really work into the hamstrings and aid mobility.
I've always been flexible but two years ago I started practicing splits with your old video and did the split with the right leg in just 4 days and with the left in 8 days.(I just had 5 fingers gap in the beginning between the floor and I). And I have been practicing it ever since. But SIDE SPLIT is something I still can't do. Can you please make a video specifically for side splits.
