Emirates BRAND NEW A380 Business Class review from Dubai to London

- Join me as I review the brand new Emirates A380 Business Class on a flight from Dubai to London. Overall, a very good experience with Emirates. I had arrived from Melbourne on one of the older A380s, and honestly, beside looking visually better, I didn't notice all that much of a difference in terms of comfort on the newer interior. Service was great, as usual, the FA's looking after me were fantastic and seemed genuinely interested in my camera and channel. The food was good, not the best I've had in the sky but the 10/10 lounge in Dubai more than made up for it. No amenity kits on these day flights, but the mattress pad and bedding was otherwise fine. All in all, a great flight with Emirates - very grateful to have had this experience. Let me know what you thought in the comments!

Good to see you arriving in my home city. I believe that this is one of Emirates busiest routes, as a lot of Brit's travel to Dubai for their holidays.

Singapore Air has a New York -Frankfurt flight too.
I fliegt every day with Emarat plane ,Dubai to Newyork ,to Japan, singapur to Dubai, Dubai to Frankfurt. Ist very nice ❤❤❤.

I'm actually surprised that EK choose to cut corners whilst still charging premium (more expensive all year along compared to most carriers too) by not providing amenity kit/bag to business class passengers, 7 hour day flight, to London route (a typically select route too). I have come across others who flew EK business between Dubai to Europe and not getting amenity kit bag also.
I agree. I thought the over service was great, but the smaller cost cutting was noticeable - which is sad to see. I honestly din't need an amenity kit on this flight but, again, it's noticeable.
I have been flying Emirates business over 20 years and never had amenities kit into Europe only on overnights to and from Dubai/Australia. No real need for it on a short day flight. But the seatbelts on the newer planes are shorter than on the older ones. Which means a seatbelt extender may be needed to use when you have a blanket in bed mode.
They provided amenity kits on flights upto last year

I took this flight and I got a amenity kit - they have a male and female one
I flew Dubai Paris and Birmingham Dubai in July/August and no kits. Australia/Dubai kits both ways. Seems to be luck of the draw. But offered upgrades to first class for a low price on both European flights. I Didn’t take the offer.
Might i ask how old you are and what you do at your age to afford to fly business class on Emirates? You look about 15

Went on Emirates business class and was in the last row. Nothing went right for me. My seat tv and remote wasnt working and i raised it up multiple times until one person listen an hour later, felt neglected sitting in the last row. Wasnt given desert or even a menu. 😢 I hope the return flight is better

Its pretty disrespectful to NOT take your shoes of when using the ottoman... I know for a fact that the cabincrew dont like that.. Its like having your shoes on in your couch and who does that? Other than that a nice review
