It is so interesting to me to see how a celebrity eats. I really never thought of “eating slowly”- I think sometimes I get too much into mom mode I forget to slow down. Lol. I am going to have to come back so I can make those pancakes. ❤️
I’ve been looking for something different to try and this came in perfect timing. I never thought about the “eating slowly” I wonder if it would really make a difference for me. 10,000 steps a day is actually really good ❤️
I'm glad that you enjoyed this video! Yes, eating slowly is definitely a thing. But it's quite hard for me to be honest... I'm so used to doing everything in hurry ( which is really bad for digestion though) and I try to change this habit too. Thank you so much for watching! 🌸

And I must say I really enjoyed it! It was my second time trying K-pop diet and this one was really easy and healthy. Weight loss isn't my goal, I am trying this out of curiosity and am more interested in incorporating new foods into my diet, seeing how my body will respond to it. It's cool trying someone else's diet or what they eat. My diet consists of Sunflower seeds for breakfast, lunch, snacks and then whatever is made for dinner 😅 this was a really cool video and I love how you set it up and explained everything.

I have all the required measurements but my height is 5’8” and my hair is super damaged. I have big, curly, dry and frizzy hair. It is very hard to work with and I am afraid it will be a disadvantage when it comes to working with hair stylists and trying to build a good relationship with them. Any help? I’ve went to dermatologists and tried hair serums but nothing works. I think it’s in my genes :( I also forgot to say that I have baby hairs which makes my face look, per say, “not clean”

Having curly hair isn’t a disadvantage, it may become “your thing” that will help you get booked. Not everyone wants straight sleek hair, curly hair and baby hairs are fun. You just need to work with what you have and try to present yourself correctly - make everyone want to have your hair, to work with your hair... Just try to make piece with yourself rather than fighting... I’d say... 😊 Try to choose your clothing style the way that would benefit your hair and your whole look, check out Pinterest and find models with similar hair for the inspiration. Natural looks are most appreciated in modelling, so I hope my advice will help you. Best of luck ❤️
Hello dear, please always choose what works for you :) We are all different and our bodies are different. Just switch to something you enjoy. I've tried this diet just for fun and if I'd really hated something, I'd simply substitute it with the foods that I love and enjoy.
I don’t weight myself, so I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️ And now I think I weight more ( comparing to this video ) since it’s winter time ❄️ and I eat way more when it’s cold outside.
