Ok, I have 1 thing to say, there is no such a thing as "detox" juice or medicine that detoxify your body, you have healthy kidneys, you will be fine, however drinking water or some fruit and vegetables is still healthy, if you are trying to lose weight dont add sugary fruits into juices, just eat them, fiber is awesome
@@mariarmy9928 the only thing that boosts metabolism is having extra muscle, muscles have mitochondria which is the power house of the cell and to gain more muscles you do strength training so no, juices don't boost metabolism or help metabolism, and if we are talking about vitamins here, vitamins are micronutrients meaning needed in small doses, just eat the goddamn fruit, it is more filling and good for digestion cause of fiber and causes less blood sugar spike (this is mainly cause of the fiber again) therefore less insulin therefore less weight gain, the only reason idols are skinny is because it is their job to workout all day, and dance which is also a workout anyways

My honest opinion: You already have an amazing body! You didn't have to do her diet. I'm not a specialist of any kind but you could've just add more water/ healthy alternatives to your usual diet.
Aww thank you! I think another aspect I didnt share in the video is the physical discomfort that comes with bloating. When Im bloated I feel like theres almost a 🎈 in my stomach. The pressure definitely builds up throughout the day until 💨😂
I'm gonna try my best to follow this, having only 1-2 cheat snacks a day I am pretty young and it was just halloween, so its impossible not to have at least 1

Oh no~ I definitely wasn't too strict with the seasoning on the oatmeal and the dumplings I ate ate probably had seasoning inside. Green tea is def a hit or a miss depending on the brand! Some can be so bitter 😢

Try your best to give your body quality food to help build muscle and restore your metabolism~ personally intermittent fasting helped me alot (you don’t have to restrict what you eat).
