The spicy garlic butter linguine is a staple quick dish by my house ever since I learnt it marion. Thanks to you.💜😋
Same :)
Do we have to put oyster sauce in if we don't have it. Do you know?
@@shafaqnazsohu4108 I would say no, you can use anything you may have on hand like fish sauce, or even tamarind paste or tomato paste. It will change the taste a little bit. But I'm sure still tasty.
Same 😋
Same here 🤤❤️
I love her humour, the fact that almost no one ever mention it shows that it is highly underated. She's funny y'all. She's not only home cooking genius, she's also funny, especially when she felt guilty in making fusion food.
I
Am Italian and I love your recipes, thank you for sharing . !
If you grew up with plain spaghetti plopped in a bowl and sauce poured on top, do yourself a favour and copy Marion’s methods. Finishing the pasta in the sauce with some of the pasta water makes much more of a difference than you would think.
Hey Marion! Thanks for dropping these amazing recipes, can't wait to try them out! Could you do one for a Chilli Crab fusion pasta? Would love to learn that one too!
Me too!!!
im italian and i think these are fantastic! definitely trying it out
Marion: trust me
Me: I trust you with my life, woman
🤣 I laughed so hard when I read your comment.
😂😂
Same!
I made the spicy garlic linguini.... OMG it's Devine!! It's amazing how the flavors just all work beautifully. I think I just found my new favorite pasta!
I'm gonna try that with some 🍤 this weekend 🤤🤗
The 1 dislike is an Italian clearly
or someone so anti atomic theory they see the word 'fusion' & immediately dislike.
Lol why does everyone assume we instantly dislike these types of videos hahah
That last recipe stole my heart! Definitely going to make it!!
It's literally 1:30 AM here in India and you're making me so comforted and hungry!!😭❤️
Kaisan ba
Marion, to me you are an angelic, genius kitchen sorceress. I adore your cooking! 🥳🥳🥳
I totally love the garlic butter soy pasta. Made it soooo many times🥰
Mama Mia!! ...I love all your recipes and have made many.... I may even betray my people and try this one 😘
Contemplating on which one to make tonight, they all look super good 😍
Love the infusion idea. If you switch the pasta to rice noodles it, it would still be Asian flavors.
The garlic butter soy pasta was my first ever video from Marion. I have been a huge fan ever since, any time I don't know what to cook I always come here for inspiration and love cooking her recipes for my love ones. My flatmates are in particular huge fans 🥰🥰
Oh boy, did I enjoy watching that pasta
video!
Thanks for sharing ❤
I have been using spaghetti pasta as a substitute over Chinese noodles and they come out really well. Thanks Marion for these amazing recipes. I will definitely try them all.
the spicy pork spaghetti, if done with coconut cream instead of oyster sauce, would make for a great bicol express pasta
I don't see an Italian having any issue with this. While the ingredients are fusion for sure, the methods used should mostly be 100% familiar to Italians. And even some of those fusion ingredients have Italian equivalents eg. Colatura di Alici for fish sauce, pork for pork, Thai basil for, well, mature Genovese basil (if you let it get a bit more mature, the aniseed flavour gets stronger), and Calabrian chillies could probably be used too.
Excatly, and in fact, as an Italian I have no issue with this, and I actually love all of Marion's fusion pasta dishes! You can see she puts a lot of care and respect for tradition in her recipes. She combines italian and asian techniques and ingredients in a perfectly balanced and armonious way.
@@luisa146 It also helps that she doesn't take an existing recipe then put some "twist" on it nobody asked for - which would be disrespectful - but instead simply goes "here's my recipe, this is something I like, made up of ingredients & techniques that get me results I enjoy, and I recommend you try it".
@@InnuendoXP Disrespectful? 😂
It looks so yummy 😍🤤
I love Thai food and I love your humour 😋
I’m enjoying it! I mean all the pasta dishes! Yummy! Thank you very very much! 🥳🥂🥳🥂🥳
I am Asian and I tend to break the rule when come to pasta...thanks for the inspiration !!!!!
That shrimp dish looks really good!
I love love love the spicy garlic butter linguine! Can’t wait to try the other ones. Spicy basil and Tom yum are some of my favorite flavors. You’re the best sis!!!!!! Thank you.
The yom yum one looks very yummy
Thank you for these Marion!❤️ Ever since I started watching your videos, I seldom order take outs anymore, coz I could make it at home.✨
Not sure why so many people get up in arms about mixing western and eastern food. In particular a lot of people call out using western egg pasta in Asian noodle dishes, but theres egg noodles in Chinese cooking and often it works well. I almost always prefer egg noodles as a Chinese guy.
Once again, I thank you. The Spicy butter linguine was delicious. I look forward to the pork dish.
Marion has to be the neatest eater in the world.
Yummy, yummy, thanks so much 👍👍👍👍
Love all ur recipes 😍😍😍
Thai Pork and Basil looks sooo good. THANKS for the INSPO! 😀

What can I say but absolutely delicious.

It look so yummy. I love the recipies. Greetings from Germany
U r a genius cook…. Thank you so much…
Your fusion skills are so amazing and woooooowww….. simply spectacular
I have to agree w the last statement, this is where the magic happened: the plate will be magically clean and all the pasta (my fav w b the tomyum) are straight into my tummy.
This channel rocks! Never fail w the content!
Love these recipes. I too make 'fusion' pasta. I love my garlic, EVOEO, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil pasta! Sometimes I add peas or light colored beans (Cannelini or Great Northern) sauted in EVOEO, garlic, onion, soy sauce & toasted sesame oil for fusion Peas & Pasta or fusion Pasta Fagioli! I would love to see your version of those two favorite semi-vegan dishes. I use parmasean cheese 🧀 so it's not 100% vegan. Though I do use the canned cheap stuff so it may not actually have milk in it. 😂 😂
doing this asap 😍🙏 thank you once again!!
When it comes to Marion's kitchen everything is so yummy you look so cute with your hair dnow
😍😍😍 this makes me hungry
I am so enjoying your recipes.. thank you ... keep them coming!
I love all your dishes!
I just made the spicy garlic butter pasta for my family and even my super-picky kids LOVED it. It's going to become a staple dish for us.
This is indeed creativity!
so... hear me out here. I´ve never been a good cook. I try to avoid cooking as much as possible even though its fun. Those spicy garlic noodles made me actually enjoy a meal I cooked for the first time. Thank you!!!! ;~;
First time ever seeing you! Will deffo try out some these dishes, just with a southern Asian accent. They look really good. 🤩🤩🤩
I made the pad gaprao moo with spaghetti. It was beautiful. I used only spur chilli to keep the spicy at a reasonable level. The cheese I wasn’t sure about but it added another dimension to the dish. I will try the others too in the future. Thank you Marion 🤤 😋
This was my lockdown favourite, Even my 83 year old father liked the fusion pasta !! ❤️😭
Love the intro with the music 😍
Your butter garlic linguine is 10/10
Egg🤮……sorry can’t eat it like that. But other than that, looks great and I will try them. I love pastas, noodles, ramens, pancit…..
It’s always so yummy
Wheee. Happy to watch this because pasta is my all time favourite. And one of the moments to see u let your hair down video hahahaha. And also the orange colour shirt totally matches the Tom yum dish. ❤️thank you again for the recipes as always. 👍🏻😘
Wow. my style! Yum. 👍👍👍👍👍
I want to learn cooking from you to improve Thai cooking.
I've made the Spicy Garlic Butter Linguini like 3 times now and it's so, so, SO GOOD!! It's easy, quick, simple yet effective and just so delicious... I recommend everyone to at least try that one. I love pasta and that one is I think the #1 best pasta I've ever had... Also great comfort food! Try it out :)
This first one might be some of the best spaghetti I've ever put in my mouth! OH MY GOSH! YUM
i was watching a masterchef au episode which aired 2 days' ago and OMG MARION FRANK KIMORA STILL RECOGNISES YOU TILL THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!
Same I just saw the episode too!
I must try that egg, it looks seriously tasty
Once again you've left my mouth watering lol.. Can you use tom yum paste instead?
It’s best not to, but you can. Marion says it in the video too.
Just want to say thank you very much.
One thing about the homegirl Marion is she loves her pasta!😍💕
Wow looks really yummy 😍
i love these recipes!!!!!!!!!
Food looks so delicious dear sister
Thanks for the tip on making garlic oil. I have IBS and can't have garlic or onions. Yeah, I know! But we can have garlic and onion oil.
Hi Marion, how about, Lar Moo Tod meatballs with tomato sauce (and maybe some extra chilli 🌶 added) served with pasta 🍝 hmmm… would love to see your take on it.
I'm crying inside thinking how good these would taste
What kind of soy sauce can you recommend for the spicy garlic butter pasta? I tried a regular soy sauce and my pasta turned too salty 😂
Try Maggi soy sauce at your Chinese/Thai/Vietnamese grocery stores, not the Japanese soy sauces
Pasta purists (or they think they are) can sashay away.
Perfect nice to see y mum give her a hug from me hilda and y hubby x from Australia
Marion where do you get your tops there hasn't been one I haven't loved! 😍💯👌
Given you are blending and then passing the sauce through a sieve, could you not leave the heads and shells in and blend the lot, minus the lime leaf and then pass it through the sieve for added nutrition?
Please try the Charlie Chan Pasta popular here in the Philippines..
W0w I got my pork ye it's good I will make it now oh I am so hungry now Marion I luv it
What's a good substitute for oyster sauce since I can't have oysters?
Hi Marion , i love your cooking . Can you please tell us what kind of pasta you are using ? . I mean what brand , T hanks
Happiness is watching her smile ❤️love you dear 😍😘
As an italian chef I (almost) approve the third one (as it's almost a normal one). Just take out the eyes of the prawns and mix/blend the shrimps'carcasses together with the tomatoes for extra flavor (and use red prawns, and wine). As for the other pastas I won't say anything. It will be God to punish you when the day comes. Remember folks, less is more! (pleasestoprapingpastas)
I would substitute the pork and do without the eggs. Otherwise, excellent dish!
Made the spicy garlic butter linguine with my boyfriend....it was amazing but you need to put a mouthwash necessary for dessert warning with the recipe 🙈😂
thank you
Can the oyster sauce be omitted from the spicy linguine recipe at all and not lose the flavor?
I wanna know how to make tomato paste ! Need to buy ?? Can i do myself ??
I can’t eat dairy. Any suggestions for substitutes that won’t taste to fake?
Łapka w górę. Mniam 👍😊💖
This is great as butter sauces can be too rich and the oyster sauce would cut through the richness.
Mmmmmmm😋😋😋😋
Epic 🤩🤩🤩
What kind of cheese did you put?
Dont forget that the pasta comes from Asia in the first place. The Italians dont own the recepies
Staying counted nice sharing
💖👏💖👏💖
