    Good God! I'm not even a yoga expert but learning, I'm mainly self taught, I made myself a yoga sequence on my own, and most of these exercises I do, but thank for showing me how to do it more smoothly from one pose to the next.

    I like your video it's simple and to the point but I also think that it's good to inform to warm up the body atleast for 5 minutes before stretching to prevent any injuries. And forward bending stretching are not so good in case of sciatica.

    Go as far as ur body will allow, only that far and the more u do the practice the more flexible u become.

      take baby steps, it will happen gradually, or can use exercise bands available on net and sports shop

    hi rashmi..these streches are lil tough..is it possible to make them any less easier..my body is not able to strech completely..thank q..

      Hi, in the beginning you may find it tough. Begin it slowly and gradually progress as the days pass by. You may not get it right in the beginning but keep trying. The whole idea is get more flexibility in tough parts of the body. All the best.
