A small suggestion for the install here my friend. When you run the condensate drain from the inside unit, cut it to drain into a bucket, rather than on the ground. In our area of east texas, termites are everywhere! They go after damp and moist soil, so a steady drip is very attractive to termites. Also, once a day you can empty the bucket and get free water for some plants! Big bonus, in my opinion!
When I bought that same unit a year ago, NO TEMPLATE was included. I had to fabricate one using cardboard before I drilled through a brick wall. I am glad that they gave you one. I have enjoyed the unit. On days when you have really good solar, you can activate the “ac limiter” and use only minimal house power to supplement the solar.

That's a great suggestion!

I'm looking forward to using it this summer! The template is super helpful. I'm glad they started including it, too.
