Sitting in a dark room all day without ever opening the curtains could cause premature wrinkles in the long run. You need daylight exposure even if you don't go outside. But don't have too much direct sunlight exposure, either

Such a fantastic video! I absolutely love smile lines :) It’s a massive turn on when people have those cute eye creases. I adore them on my partner and on my friends. Sure wrinkles can be frustrating and let’s be real we don’t always want them because of how society (and arguably evolution - but highly debatable!) has conditioned us to desire to look young. But not all wrinkles are bad. This made me feel happy and optimistic about getting older and wiser! I’m a 23 year old and have eye wrinkles because of my genetics and how my face moves when I smile. This made me feel less insecure about looking older than I am and encouraged me to wear sun glasses to reduce squinting and to research how to oxygenise my face to reduce the impact of nicotine from smoking as I learn to be happier and more confident and hopefully overcome the debilitating general anxiety disorder that makes quitting smoking so hard.

Those reasons for wrinkles we were told about it again and again we read it we watch it all the same story AND assuming we dont go out in the sun for life, we dont frown, we dont have stress, etc..still with age wrinkles will still come so those reasons are not really the main cause so to discuss the real science behind wrinkling of the skin what we really want to know is the main cause on bio-chemical level. Anyway I found it: ruclips.net/video/qK37TAE8hYg/видео.html

HINT: she FAILS to address DIET!! EAT plenty of RAW organic fruit n veggies! and fish and beef, some chicken, no pork. avoid sugar, coffee, alcohol, drugs of any type. wash face with mild soap, rinse with very warm water. DONT dry your face; apply NATURAL organic oil such as vit E oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil directly onto hot wet skin. leave on overnight. USE a room steamer to keep air moist overnight in bedroom and then in the main living room during the day. take organic collagen powder am and pm, half tablespoon with juice, its virtually tasteless. coffee is a dehydrant so it dries out the body from the inside out, very bad for your skin. use aloe vera gel as a makeup primer over slightly oiled skin, not a commercial primer full of chemicals. AV is much better primer! very cheap and very skin tightening effect! dries within minutes, then put makeup on.
