That's me! Thanks for the game Anna :) Since a lot of them have asked why I didn't talked the rook. If I take the rook she can play Bc5 and Pin my Queen to the king which would in return lead to the Queen's loss. Hence I didn't take the free rook!

No, I have to disagree per my comment above, after his blunder Bf4, attacking the pawn she just confidently pushed, SHE has a very strong move in activating her defensive bishop into a highly aggressive tactical monster threatening both his ROOKS!

Never trust anyone who says they are bad at chess before they play you. . . Lies, it's always lies. Play like they are a GM lol. Some days I feel like I'm doing really well and then other days I seem to miss everything lol
Hi Anna, nice game here for you! In case you haven't gone back over it, I like your offer at 6:55 to trade Queens, the BxQ+, the pawn push, and then on his Bf4?, your threats are now optimized to activate your defensive bishop into a rook-eating monster with the play Bc6! He can't play Rb8+ because he can only recapture with his Bishop, which allows you to capture his other rook with Bf2+ fork. But what else can his Rb7 do? It's trapped. Game over. You win. Easily. You have some good opening moves. Have confidence in them to provide the winning opportunities. Don't be bluffed by higher ratings... play the board, not them.

The opening he used was Colley (1925 champion I think) but with the brown bishop added . I first learned that opening from a chess master that was a collegiate champion. I met another master and he called it the French with a bishop variant and he spanked me concentrating his assault on my bishop with his king knight.

I like that he told her some things she did wrong at the end.

6:12 I dont understand why annas tower was allowed to live... Could the queen not have taken it? or the pawn? am i missing something? I'm a bit confused
Because the white queen was undefended and would have been lost if the pawn took the rook.
Love your vids and your play!
you really got time stressed at the end there, hard game.
Get well, Anna!

Well done Anna , What I like about the stream is that you when you lose too keep up your great work kind regards Mr Worrell Robinson
Please I'm new to chess, can someone explain why he wouldn't just take the rook at 6:21? I can't see any reason why
Because if he takes it, he'll lose his queen as the black bishop will pin the queen to the king.
Mr. Wagh is a *beast*
7:08 - what was the mistake here? Was the Bc6 a better move? Bxg2+ with later Bxb7 or Bxe3+
Bar is showing a huge advantage for black
Yes ... Bc6! or even Rf2!? were winning e.g ( 1...Bc6 2.Rxf7 Bxg2+ 3.Kg1 Bd5! )
Anna you rock 🤘🥳🖖
I start to follow recently. It's really good approximate myself to chess again.
Crazy game, mad props to the bishop tho
was bf2 the correct move at the end?
Whatever you lack in chess strength you make up for with personality
Just a question- at 6:13 why didn’t he take your rook? I’m a newb.
at 7:08 couldnt she go rook f2 and pawn take, and then so so?
I like how she always put a bright smile on her face. 😊
What a game - wow!
What did they miss at 4:02? She had a better move. Probably a way to get a pawn. I don't see what it was.
e=mc2
Rip that was pretty much a loss on time at the end there
Was it bishop G4 at 7:08 the best move for Anna?
I was thinking bishop c6 to create a checkmate threat. Also bishop g4 lets the pawn hanging
B4 ??
Rf2 or bishop c6
what about bishop to f2? (keep in mind I suck at chess but wouldnt this get a pawn->queen?)
Unbelievable. Her pawn sits unprotected on c4 forever before he takes it, then he can go Bc4 check for many moves after his R is on b7 but neither one sees it. He's an FM so yes he's as strong as he says.
So close to a win!
ya I didn't think he was mocking anything. just some fun ribbing.
Very close game. Looks like black is completely winning at 7:07 - I think the correct move is Bc6?
Nope Rf2 is the winning move.
her smile mate.
no excuses- you should play more higher rated players outside your gene pool. perhaps your best vid ever. lets go
Interesting game. Get well soon!
You got him! 😝f2 was your blunder 😱
if she showed up and asked me what is my rating.
id say: about -9999. but we can still try.
Why is he not taking on f7? I don't get it...
That's fine Anna, wish your luck nextime 😁👍

At 4:30 why not white BxP ?
ha...I knew when I saw that 5 stack on the A file you could be in some trouble.

Pneumonia, unfortunately.
Buen juego Anita!!
7:07 - is Rf2 winning for Anna?
6:19 am I blind? Queen to Rook?

So a FM only wins because they "roast" oponents's moves? Sigh
@lucianoconde3133 silly person right 🤣🤣🤣
Lol, I’ve played him online before.
what about Rd1? white can't take the pawn as his rook is pinned
queen takes rook on d4 ?? time 6:24 ?
her bishop on c5 can threat queen and king on same time and he would lose queen
The pawn as well could have taken rook.
@@andylee7953 If he taken rook with pawn, she could take the queen with her queen.
The opening wasn’t good for Anna 🤔
1:47 Why not Qa5?
It forces your opponentd to move Nc3
It's not watching anybody play chess I realized, it's watching you play!
Wow I thought for sure you had him
"Almost beat an FM?" My cat almost got elected dog catcher.
@6'05" why didn't he take the rook with his queen?
Can someone explain to me why Suyong didn't take the rook on d4 with the Queen at 6:20?
Then she can play Bc4 and the queen can no longer move anywhere because it is pinned to its king

Because the bishop would’ve trapped the queen.
Look at the white king
The pawn as well could have.
Taken rook
And Carl Hamilton I can't see that
im sure anna wouldnt appreciate me saying this, but she is adorable

I believe I saw a bishop move where you could have pinned his queen, winning his rook.
that doesn't work because black has a check with the queen.
