Miscalculating a rook sacrifice is the second most Anna Cramling thing you could do, the first most Anna Cramling thing you could do is to make a great video about it afterward
He is your fan, and a win against you is probably the greatest win he can get.
He might have felt badly(4 a moment).
I'm a beginner at Chess and enjoyed these 3 Tournament Videos with your explanations a lot. Thanks! :)
Anna, the ending was so complicated, it is the way it goes sometimes, you lost, but you learned so much, thank you for your honest commentary.
wow spoiler alert!
@@oldmedstudent1750 suggestion: watch video, then read comments.
Don't worry Anna keep fighting and learn from the mistakes
Did she say it was a Anna Cramling thing to do?!!! I thought even GM's make blunders?!!! Anna you tried something new and it didn't work. Never put yourself down for this. This is a prerequisite for learning. Now if you don't learn from your mistakes, that's something you can be upset about.
You got this! You have everything you need to win. And if you won't take my word for it, then ask Magnus. He thinks the same.
I agree. Don't berate yourself. You like tactics, and the only way to get better at them in a competitive setting is to try to use them in actual games at tournaments. You'll learn to moderate things depending on the situation. Keep going! You're learning a lot and still have chances - its only round 3!
Chill man, she just lost litterly everyone searches for mistakes then and balmes himself
Very strong player. Still, you are amazing and I love your recaps. Good luck for tomorrow ❤️
You did great, wishing you goodluck for tomorrows game
What a exciting game. Tomorrow is another day and another game. Go Anna go!!!
Tbh being a viewer is a major advantage. You could have used your normal tactics and gotten outpredicted, or you could have done different stuff and risked messing up. You did the latter, which made things fun.
And he also was gracious enough to tell you he was a viewer. He could have kept that to himself and beaten you way more easily. But he wanted to have more fun.
@@seronimo__7735 The first time you were able and you had to do something 😮
Keep fighting Anna! Good luck tomorrow, and thank you for the recap.
Anna your summary is excellent. Even though you lost, the learning is valuable!
Thank you for your sincerity. It was an amazing game.
Was a really fun game to watch live. Your mom is a rockstar. We were all shocked when he didn't take your rook immediately.
Rod Stewart or a shrunken Ozzy?
I can't help it. Good mood.
Lovely lady.
You played really well. And don't be afraid to settle for a draw sometimes.
I wonder what Hikaru would say…
Lesson learned… next time draw vs a better opponent if you have the chance…
Loving the tournament breakdowns!
I think some attacks you can intuitively play and some you have to calculate all the way and unfortunately you got caught in one you couldn't just "wing it". I like that h3-g4 idea against the kings Indian though. I'll have to look into that.
thank you for the recaps!
Your opponent played like someone with a much higher rating. There's no shame to being beaten by such a strong player Anna :)
Really? She tends to make excuses for her losses. “ I did the most Anna Cramling thing “. It’s just a cop out for a miscalculation
@@BobbyFischer0000 She basically lost by blundering, did not outright get outplayed. She could win if they rematch. And the boy got his tournament win. Whatever she says. It’s all fair game
@@BobbyFischer0000 I think she knows full well she miscalculated, but it's natural to feel defensive after a mistake. She cried after the match so it clearly upset her.
@@BobbyFischer0000 you are definitely not sherlock holmes if u didnt hear her saying that she miscalculated multiple times, and she only said “ I did the most Anna Cramling thing “ as a joke. but u probably have a hard time understanding basic social skills so what can you do

I watched it live! So sad about the loss.
Your game analysis was very good.
I´m learning a lot from your Videos, Anna. And today I learned how to lose with a smile on your face after a big fight 😉
Who asked?
@@SAURABHKUMAR-dz5dt No one asks for any RUclips comment, Grinch. Or replies for that matter.
She doesn’t care
@@Lightrojsp 😪
@@Suranda68 just being honest lol she probably won’t even read it
Win or Learn. The analysis itself is a great testament to character.
Must be so fun for him to go there and actually get paired up against Anna in the tournament.
he played well. thanks for sharing Anna!
Best wishes for next rounds!
Good Game!
He new the theory right up to your f4 blunder.
I think your the better player.
You have class.
Play solid and rely on what your parents taught.
Goodluck tomorrow! Appreciate these recaps even though you must super busy.
He played like a 2300. The loss only prevents a 10-0 for you. Everything else is possible. 🙂
Love this analysis, so good! Especially since I usually play queens gambit...
С наступающим новым годом! Счастья, любви и много побед тебя ждет впереди!!!
Well fought. I have made that mistake where I think the queen is still on a diagonal that she is not. Happens in games where your constantly calculating , and recalculating every turn . If someone messes up my plan 3 times in a row I stop and start assessing what they are doing , and focus on defense and reactions until they give me an opportunity
Anna I appreciate your lessons
I learned a lot. I am a retired grandmaster now and I haven't played since the 1960s or early 1970s.
Sadly I couldn't watch the game. I just saw the first 40 minutes. So sad that you lost. Go and win tomorrow!! Lycka till Anna!!
Great game Anna. Learning a lot from your analisis. Waiting for round 4.
Keep up the stamina Anna! You always have my support.
Great video, good luck for your next game, Anna :)
We can't let ourselves be too disappointed by losing in chess. Or by our favorites losing.
Love your commentary.
Great game, tough opponent for sure.
I love those videos and your analysis. Top content. I feel bad for you mum though :D
Sacude la caída, y a seguir adelante! Ánimo Anna
Is not the most Anna Cramling to miss calculate. You played well
Yeah ❤. Stop the shame stuff!
Gooooo Anna!
Now this is the dramatic content we want to see! Win this thing!
A worthy opponent.
This internet chess thing is a monster....so intense
Thanks for sharing, work is tough, this reminded me to own my lose and get back on the horse, get uncomfortable and win.
You have lost the game but you have won the world with that smile 0:11
Her humility is rare and refreshing
You will recover from this one Anna, keep on going.
It was still a good match and mistakes are there to learn from you can only become even better from it :)
Good game to watch live and your mum's commentary was great, when he didn't take the Rook we were all hoping you'd get back into it!
That was a great match!!!
18:09 "or you draw but you know, that's boring" 😭😭
Could she still win the tournament?
I love watching those turnament videos pls make more :)
What did your GM mom think about the game?
Good luck with your next games ❤
Oh boy her mom commented like 3 straight hours non stop in the stream
@@fernandolin5428 Super Mum 🤣
@@fernandolin5428 Can you summarize what her mom said?
I could listen and watch hier for hours
felices fiestas anna
Thrilling game, Anna!
You did great Anna!
I wish it can happen to me 🙏 playing chess with your favorite streamer and winning against them in a tournament.
Strategical you tried to attack where you had the least space. Perhaps sitting on the kingside and castling long then fighting on the queenside would be more thematic.
I dont even play chess anymore and I thoroughly enjoying this series
Anna, you’re right. Maybe a little tired. Tomorrow is a new day. 😊
Like your analysis in this video
King D2 was really hard to see I think... we were all surprised when he didn't take A1. Well done Anna good luck!
He has defeated tanya also in online game
h5 is standard kings indian stuff.
Very routine.
Good luck today Anna
Great job Anna. Go get em.
Is this Spam??
Don't be desparate or wild in your attempts to win.
I think you're wonderful.
God Bless.
comeback stronger anna lets go!!!!!
You played great!!!!
The problem with f4, you just open his bishop. I think better Nxh5 to open the g file. f4 could be ok only after you secure your king
From now on we should rename a Rook sacrifice to a "Cramling Gambit".
Cf. Botez Gambit.
Back luck Anna, the draw was there 😢
i notice that in this tournament, it seems like every F4 move is a blunder
When it comes down to it, youtube chess people rarely take their own advice in tournaments.
It was a good game Anna no issues just last minute happens
that's why I don't bother to calculate lol, not the fact that I can't calculate more than 2 moves before i forget where all the pieces are.
You're not alone.
17:38 ur mom 😂 I. Know that face 😂😂😂
That's some exciting chess.
fun....thx
Your mom is a tolerant woman seeing all those blunders and not reacting
@official_anna_cramling we all appreciate your helpful games analyses and advancing chess education amongst improving players. 👍

You can do it Anna!!!
You're doing great, just stay focused. 👍🧡✝️🇺🇸🧡👍
yeah KID is like that: hidden defensive resources, which is why humans never reach the same conclusion as the machines do, but you know that already. good fight
To be really honest I saw the rook move on 11:50 , though my rating is 1115 :)
Great video .
You didn't see it 7 moves ahead though
@@kaspervercruysse5710 yea ,, that's why I am 1115 :)
No crazy Anna. Solid.
i'm happy i could see the rook move you missed. Ofcourse i'm benefiting from you telling me that you missed something in this line.
Just to be clear, you do have a video all about this line that he has probably watched being that his is your viewer :P
He was probarbly ready for her. Trap.
She said that
Are you in Jordan at the moment?
Sometimes you gotta force them to play your game you can’t try something new play your game

Anna: Jesus Christ Manmay, you're humiliating my rook!
Manmay: You won't suffer much longer. xD
Protect your pawns and you will win the game. If anyone attacks your pawns you will take their pieces .
You were over thinking in that game..dont checkmate your thoughts!
