You are awesome, learning the breathing technique is basic. I liked your mini class a lot I am a beginner it's been kinda hard stretching out the legs but it's good to know I can get there eventually. Thank you, you just made me love Yoga. Looking forward for class #2
Exactly what I was looking for! I just did your video for knee injury as I'm recovering from some knee pain and am also quite overweight but want to start practicing yoga to improve my mental health as well as physical. I am still very challenged by other "beginner" yoga videos but this is the perfect introduction so I can work up to it. Thank you so much for this video and encouragement!
Really fantastic class for beginners. It is also great for experienced yogi's to go back and review the basics. I have been practicing yoga for a long time and for me this class was invigorating. It renewed the very 'basic essentials' which I believe we take for granted. Now I am going to watch the next video in the series. Namaste.
This is a great introduction. However, trying to easily find the continuing courses (day 2, 3, ....) it's a bit hard. I think I may have found all of them, but they may not continue the same naming scheme. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to breakdown a class for beginner. I look forward to working and learning through all your videos this summer since I'm off. Thank you again.
Had a bit of a problem with finding the following videos, so if someone's wondering... here are the names, all of them starting with "Yoga For Complete Beginners": "Starting Your Yoga Practice. Day 2 of 5", "Learning Mountain Pose, Chair Pose, & Low Lunge", "Familiarizing with Yoga Poses. Day 4" and "Cool Down & Resting Pose (Savasana) Day 5". Have a great journey!
