Because of you I've gotten to dance with Thayne Japperson from Hamilton and Matilda Broadway musicals. Because of you I don't need to worry about having issues with my obesity and I am now healthier than ever. I never thought that I would be able to do the things I am doing today.     My kicks went from low, back bent, bent legs. To high, back straight, straight legs. Best vid evah!

    A tip for your tilt is to not contract your body towards your leg. It looks WAYY better if you don't.

    Thank you so much! You and your videos are a massive help for me! I really want to do gymnastics classes (I did it when I was 7 and I got taken out because I was moved up to competitions but it was too expensive and my parents won't let me do it again now) so I do home gymnastics in my room. Your videos are just what I need! Thank you so so much!

    AllAboutKawaiiArtAlivia and Erica Lin Helped me so much! Thank you so much both of you! I have been waiting on a waiting list to get into gymnastics ever since September and I'm still not in! But once I started watching you guys I have seen I big improvement in my flexibility. I am able to do a split, lift up my leg do a backbend against a wall, do a pretty good cartwheel, and do a back and front roll! Thank You thank you thank you! I am prepared to get in hopefully in May!

      It's May I'm not in the class but know I could do BACKBEND without the wall a better cartwheel a handstand against the coach and master one of my splits. I think that I will not get in till September. I know for sure that I'm getting in in September but I probably will not get in intill then but I'm still trying hard!

    When doing forward over splits on the barre, make sure your front leg is in line with your back leg and try to keep your hips square. I couldn’t help but notice that you were leaning very far to the right, resting on your hip, but your back leg was pointing towards your left.

    These are tips for dance obviously but doing these exercises everyday has helped me go from being able to barely kick people in the shoulder to easily throwing head kicks.

    Pause at 4:39, is that really good for you, your back leg isn't straight back, I was told, that isn't good for your hips. Just concerned and worried before I try. And, if anyone can answer this question, please answer it. Thanks!! (Again, no judgement, just a question.)

      Depends on your body alignment - If the stretch causes pain/strain on your back, you can definitely modify or skip over it!

      Twenty øne Piløts definitely run through my Cheer playlist - that will help you learn a lot of skills you'll need for cheerleading!
      More general tips:
      - work on tumbling, do tumbling/gymnastics classes if you can
      - dance training can help you with motions/performance
      - do my Flexibility videos, stretching/flexibility will help with everything - and I mean EVERYTHING- in cheer!

    are you actually a dancer? because you're doing a lot of this like a gymnast (sickled feet, scrunched toes, inverting in splits.. etc)

      blushing I'm primarily from a cheerleading background...I do dance too. Mostly contemporary though (I don't really do ballet these days)

      BeautyBySeconds for running, pretty much all you need is a good round off (or RO BHS) and you're good! :)
      For standing, work on your set + tucking tight

    So this does not have to do dance but I just joined a new cheer team and I went from basing to flying do you have any tips on not toeing and balancing better in general?

    I'm not in dance but Erica has inspired me, I've been watching these vids and now I'm begging my mom to do dance. I won't name where but, my best friend Ava on roblox (my user is starliqhtx) and she's super flexible. Erica is the most flexible person I've ever seen! I hope I can be like her.
