I think that I will not get in till September. I know for sure that I'm getting in in September but I probably will not get in intill then but I'm still trying hard!
When doing forward over splits on the barre, make sure your front leg is in line with your back leg and try to keep your hips square. I couldn’t help but notice that you were leaning very far to the right, resting on your hip, but your back leg was pointing towards your left.

These are tips for dance obviously but doing these exercises everyday has helped me go from being able to barely kick people in the shoulder to easily throwing head kicks.

More general tips: - work on tumbling, do tumbling/gymnastics classes if you can - dance training can help you with motions/performance - do my Flexibility videos, stretching/flexibility will help with everything - and I mean EVERYTHING- in cheer!

Depends on your body alignment - If the stretch causes pain/strain on your back, you can definitely modify or skip over it!
