i have a bene4 and theres 2 ways to use chitubox one make the supports as save as stl
second u have a nova3d elfin mod for chitubox and all u have to do is chance the configuration of your printer and it exports as cws files

I really want to get into this, I’m a model railroader and this could be a huge asset to create fine details for my scenery, I could make a crane boom etc. replacement parts.
Great video. I have yet to make a leap to resin printing. I keep hearing that the newer screens are faster, but I have not heard anyone compare resin speeds with fdm speeds. I know that is a hard topic to cover for many reasons, but I would love to see a comparison of various prints on both resin and fdm. See what quality vs time is like for the same models.

So if resin printing was on average at least not slower, then I might start considering it.
The leveling bolts aren't in any config that I've seen before. An update with the leveling procedure would be cool to see. Also it seems funky that the bolts get dunked in resin.

Hello, I'd rather order from Amazon not from aliexpress but unfortunately on Amazon.de there is no option to add this ultrasonic cleaner for free. Any chance I can get that from Amazon.de too? It will be my first sla printer and I will need sth. to wash and cure the prints too.

Can you make a resin printer showdown. With Ellegoo, phrozen, whale 2, epax, anycubic. They all seem to boast the same exact thing aside from however a few are better. It's so hard to that sticks

Pro Tip for the Plastc Tops..Go to a hardware store and BUY a Drawer Handle screw that into your Top Volia No more messy resin all over your top.
That is actually not a bad idea at all. Definitely would be a great solution for any of the elegoo or similar machines.,

What lack risers do you use??
I made them myself at my last place based on heights I needed for the different machines that I would be placing in each.
I'm glad I stopped to watch this video today. I've been looking for a candidate for my first resin printer and this one looks like it's the most idiot-friendly.
Haha it definitely does simplify the process. The FEP swap out process is pretty sweet on this as well :)
@@ModBotArmy the fep is a expensive method but theres a good frame that can be printed in abs for a cheaper (but not so easy way) there's also a door handle that is placed with 2 sided tape and a vat lid

Meh. I think at this price, you might as well go with a 4K screen
I can see that but for a printer this small the quality is insane. With machines that are much larger using 4k it almost seems overkill on such a small screen. (I would love to see a quality comparison at that size)
@@ModBotArmy The smaller the screen, the higher the PPI (pixels per inch). Meaning more detail.
I just subscribed to your channel, thank you for the knowledge base you provide, however, I could only watch one and a half of your videos before loosing my mind and becoming nervous because of the monotone of your fast talking voice. Slow down and have some pauses in your speech please. I enjoy the popping sound of fireworks, but hate the monotone popping sound of a machine gun. And my brain thinks your speech is the sound of machine gun.

Dont like that the bolts go under? I have seen this on multiple machines now that dont use the ball type setup like elegoo.
