Another Great video by you Stefan. I have been following your videos for some time Because of you I have installed Wibers on my 2021 CVO 131 Roadglide (what an amazing differance in ride) and will install them on my 2024 Road Glide (same Onyx pearl white color). And if you are ever find your self in the New England area of the USA and want to see the scenery (and maybe do a Wiber suspension install) I invite you, and you may use one of my Harleys. You must attend a Laconia Bike Week Rally some time ( my wife is German as well)
it is somewhat disappointing to see on what the MoCo is applying its "savings" in terms of quality - whatever is made out of plastic will soon deteriorate under the impact of UV, detergents etc., let alone any physical stress on the parts in the area where wind driven forces primarily hit the structure of fairings and associated parts mounted along with it
The Wilbers did not appear to be the same length as the stock shocks. I do not doubt a better ride, but are you giving up height (changing geometry) / lean angle?
Also forgot to ask, size for the top of the fork allen? I hate the new hd on line only bike manual. Can not beat a good old fashion printed one. Thank you in advance
But being Scottish is unique! You need to have some proof (e.g. invoice) to get only the rear dampers, as they are normally only sold as a complete kit.
@stefansgarage3014 I got lucky, I guess! I installed the spring kit in 2021 on my 20 street glide. Changed the bike ! No more twitchy front end grabs the highway. This coming winter is the bak end !
Hi Richard, no unfortunately not. They had been there with a small van in 2021&22, maybe in the future. However we will be at the little European Cousin, Faaker See in Austria, with free installs.
... reading some of the comments hereunder, HDs are sadly getting worse from one year to the following (again...), despite enormous selling prices, and marketing promises made.... my advise: Stay away from anything post 2019 !
Stefan, Really appreciate your instructional videos. You are very precise, thorough and informative. Thanks for sharing. Godspeed on your travels.
Same to you Mike, thank you very much
Excellent how-to install video Stefan.
Thank you very much.
It was such a pleasure meeting you at Laidlaw’s Grand opening! Your new buddy, - Toro
Hi Toro absolutely, hope to see you again at Laidlaws or Bornfree!
Excellent as always Stefan. Put a star on the wall mate.
Thank you Kevin, you mean Hollywood will be calling soon?
Great video. Made me confident to do it myself.
What is the size of the pinch bolts for the forks please.
Thank you
Tripple Tree pinch bolts, 1/4in Allen, Topnut 19mm Allen like the axle

Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad that you like the setup. Das New England mean, the BOS area? You can answer me via email info@stefans-garage.com 😉

As always, good video Stefan. Mine still work great.
Thank you very much, keep on riding
Great job!!🚀

They do have the same height, I was just messing around with the lift to capture the install in the video.
Also forgot to ask, size for the top of the fork allen?

Great Video Stefan ✌🏻🇦🇺
Thank you very much, you guys down under are always the first ones watching 😂👍🏻
The professor 👏

dar ganze Plastikklimbim ist erbärmlich und einer Harley unwürdig, wie ich finde, vor allem mit Blick auf den VK
Ich arbeite schon an Teil 2, Weitsprung über Bahnübergänge, ein- und mehrgleisig.
I have the front,I need to get the rear!!

Stefan, can you tell me if there is going to be anyone selling & installing Wilbers at Sturgis? Thanks.

@@stefansgarage3014 Austria is a little too far from Memphis, TN to ride to get shocks installed!
@@richardedwin5980 I know, 😉
The best ....🏍️👍
Jeder Handgriff sitzt 👍
Ich liebe es mit Profis zu arbeiten, aber mit mir war’s auch nett…😉👍🏻
is the bike NOT equipped with floating rotors? It looks like it...
I am not sure, maybe within the bolt pattern, the rear is not, but the brakes work fine
GERMANY : LAND OF QUIET HARLEY Davidson s...isn't it time the exhaust was the focus, instead of com fort. ?
Definitely not!😂
you would be surprised.... just go and check it out

CAR DRIVERS can't hear you coming, Stefan, which means they WILL pull out on you from the junctions.
it indeed appears not tolerable any longer to discuss twitchy front-ends, wobbling back-ends, insufficient brakes, oil-transfers, sumping, etc.
a lot of cheap plastic on a pricy bike....
So it’s pricy plastic…😂
Have you checked the prices for that cheap plastic?
