Should make videos on how to tack beveled plates with tig. Maybe it is not very important to show that step but some have a very hard time trying to learn to do that.
Love how you explain the process and the small details you throw in but would love it if you started using more welding footage with a better camera to see your beads being made.
Could we get a 1G 6010 open root and hot pass, 7018 fill and cap on 3/8 plate video? A friend and I are practicing this at home we're unsure if we're doing the root pass right the fiil and cap aren't to hard but we could still use some pointers we use a nickle landing and a dime gap thank you in advance
heyyy I keep throwing a question around but, what happens if instead of proper 4 passes I do 3 passes while depositing more filler into the hot pass and achieve the same visual result?
Abe can you possibly to a 3g nothing but open root tutorial....or possibly all positions nothing but tig....open roots...thatd be super helpful. And more wire feeding techniques.
Awesome work n vids. I would appreciate video on welders. Starting a business n wondering bang for buck. Miller ect.. most often 4” -6” sched 40. Pipe welding mayb 10% of the business so mayb mig portability most needed n light weight.
You know why they really call it 1G? Because your paycheck will be 1 G.....better tell that supervisor to give you that 6G test....so your paycheck can be 6 G's 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Abe has really come into his own in these videos. Great content, keep it up brother 👊
Abe the best welder, with the best explanation !
Thanks Abe, I honestly think I tweaked my shoulder from forcing the cup into the groove LOL , the slide and pick up technique is great.
you kinda explained everything......you have good heart...god bless you bro...
It's about this time each week I watch your videos, grab my welder and head for the river....... The Wife pulls me up short, 🤣🤣🤣.
Brilliant work!!
Abraham is the man. 🤟🏼
Great video with a humble and cool dude.
I learn more from these videos than I do at school. God bless I can’t wait to get off of the east coast ✈️
finally found the demo ive been searching for, thanks for the video upload .😳
11:38 lowkey the best tip
Exactly! They should do a short video on this tip. PRO TIP!!
Your tip at the end of the video helped a lot. I finally learned how to walk the cup on test day 😭😂
Very good illustration of wheer the tig wire is placed according to land thickness!!! thanks this will help me!
13:00 did he say, 100 amps on the root, then 180(?) amps on the hot pass? That seems like an incredibly large jump..
"I'm a welder, not an artist" (deal with it ) hahaha u guys kill me with the subtle humor in your vids! Love it yall!

Welding gang represent like a boss keep it G bro 😎
Ima be starting tig the 24th tysm for the videos
Very good class. I started training straight on the tube and I still have difficulty in the 6G position.
Great Ostrich-skin helmet! Solid lesson.
is there a way we could get a sanitary tubing tutorial?
You are best teacher
Great Job. Awesome talent and thank you for sharing. This would be great practice to break into pipe welding for sure.
Is it possible I free hand the whole thing ? Till the end?
What cup size are you using?
Love how you explain the process and the small details you throw in but would love it if you started using more welding footage with a better camera to see your beads being made.

Id gap it 1/8
Awesome video, very helpful. 💯
Outstanding skills 💯
For me personally I have the 1/8 landing and it kind of transferred to tig pipe I just put pressure on the filler rod and walking the cup
Y’all should do a mig open root on 3/8 plate with a 3/32 land 3/32 gap because I can’t seem to get my settings right at school.
3/32 gap?? Maybe its just me, but i like to give a 1/8 or 5/32 gap. 3/32 for me just feels like it wont penetrate well.
Ruben Rios I’m just doing it the way our teacher told us to. I’ll try a bigger gap thanks for the advice big pimpin
@@Niko76239 aim the wire 45 degrees into the puddle and stay IN THE PUDDLE. You should be able to drag it right across with a 3/32 gap no problem.
Do you have a video for this in the 4G position?
Aw he’s doing it 1G come on man
Great video
What size of ceramic cup r u using?
What lofi song is that at the end of the video ?😎😎
Nice trying this tomorrow😂
Whats the heat input amperage settings please
Helped a lot bro especially that technique when your movin your filler
💯💯💯💯where you get your caps bro I like that green brim
What machine were u using? I saw an everlast 275 and a miller in the backround, thanks!
💯💯 id love to brother in law with someone from the weld tube squad one day
heyyy I keep throwing a question around but, what happens if instead of proper 4 passes I do 3 passes while depositing more filler into the hot pass and achieve the same visual result?

You should have did the bend test! It really would shown it’s perfection!

Stick out? Cup size?

@@Mr215Alive thank you🙏
I like your welds and your videos! [and your face 🙈]
Like from India
hello sir are you still looking for a tig welder sir? can i apply sir?
❤❤❤
Y'all should've finished these videos with the coupons actually passing the bend test.
Hola oye cómo puedo invertir mi Classic 300 diesel a tig y como va las inversiones ayúdame porfa
You didn't talk about post flow
I love tig..
Have you used it on the job, not hardly, mig and fluxcore predominate in the shop and field, otherwise, good tig hand>
Man I should’ve turned up my amps. I ran a 90 amp bead and failed my cert test.
Yo what was that song 😂 that shit fire
👏👏👏👏👏
On 1G I just use a 1/8 gap and slap that wire on there and go to town. No need for a 5/32 gap for beginners
Best proses
Good👍
Just tack the rod in the root and weld with one hand, this way you dont have to feed it!
Don't sully welding by saying it's the same thing as an artist.
It's a science. Not that we're scientists😅.
Thanks man good tips all around
Bend some coupons bro!
Can we work together?
👍🏻
About right there
1G not good for pipe!!!! 6G
Is how you become a PIPE WELDER!!!!!
