That Pioneer is looking mighty fine! Definitely have my fair share of parts saws beginning to stack up trying to get a nice operational 800XL going. Between broken handles, missing screws etc, having that extra saw was great! Love the vids, always happy to log on and find one.
Never too much thread locker. Just this week using my 450 Homie had a fastener back out under the flywheel. Talk about a screeching halt, dead in the water feeling.
Hello from Ontario Canada , love your videos and keep up the good work ! I have a question about the torch your using , what make and model and what fuel ?
Just incase you were unaware of it, NGK sparkplugs that are the real deal are from Japan and come in a yellow box! The NGK sparkplugs that you get in a silver box are not a real NGK! China has done a great job in reproducing knock off stuff that are very deceiving and made of cheap materials as im sure you're aware of? I have given up on trying to trade my chainsaw parts after the last couple of idiots who showed up to put hands on every saw they came across, doing stupid things like pulling the starter rope and not asking if it was okay to do so. Trying to talk me out of everything that is really nice condition, even though I have mentioned that I have a collection so I can display them up around the top of my shop im planning on building this summer. And they either don't get the concept of collecting all of these saws so you can get the best pieces for yourself to put on display as eye candy! Or they could care less about my intentions which tells me they are greedy bastards who only think of themselves. The last one decided to pick up my Husqvarna 266xp and drop start it without asking if he could touch it! Breaking the pullstarter assembly. He told me he does it to his saws all the time and never has a problem, mine have had an issue before he tried to start it! 😑
I almost wanna CRY when I see ANY trashed saw! but we can't resurrect them ALL!! preciate the content
It's been fun watchin' the kids grow up Leon. Years from now you guys can look back and laugh and have a good ol' time♥
Got couple those, from my dad when he passed. Fond memories of cutting firewood with pops as a kid in the 70s
Thank you for the Compliment and Shout out. Nice job with the teardown!
Greetings from Vermont. Always look forward to that blue dot signifying that there's a new video.
What perfect timing for this video. I have a few super ez and was thinking of parting out and wasn't sure about it
Funnily enough ive been looking for parts saws for mine. I have a good running Super EZ auto but it never hurts to have a backup saw/parts saw!
Excellent video!
WOW, sorry to see all that work go into a trashed saw, at least it had a few good parts

Most people don't know where to put it and especially which lock Tite to put…
@@dfkustom8 I agree with ya. I thought for sure I froze a piston. After a moment of clarity I realized the error in my ways
Buddy i can relate my daughters doing same things to me when im out in garage.
Good morning 🌞 from Alabama Leon. Very interesting subject this am.
Nice an original atom brown. I build custom versions of those

Is that an isedaline torch wow gets hot fast surprised not melting magnesium
Your video gave me Pozi PTSD. 😅
"I do cars" is very entertaining . I learned what cars to avoid buying because of idiotic engineering designs
Perhaps the saw was run with straight gasoline with no oil mix.
Ball bearing exploded?
17:31 Don't you mean "Super EZ" Leon? Lol
