  • Bikepacking with my Brompton for the first time in Pulau Ubin. I knew the weather is going to be bad in the afternoon so I was mentally prepared for a very wet day.
    The DD 3x3 Tarp hled up very well and big enough to accommodate my Ionosphere mesh net, my bike and me.

    What are you using for a lid lifter for the micro pot? I've been using a pair of small Vice Grips but that won't work for the oval shapes that I am thinking of getting if I can find them cheap...

    • @donaldpang
      @donaldpang  3 года назад +1

      Hi Austin, There are three ways to lift the pot lid. 1. A Snow Peak cast iron pod lid lifter which you can find in Amazon, 2. camp fire gloves, 3. Tent stakes . In this trip, I used two tent stakes to lift the lid as the micro pot is not big and heavy. This is also the cheapest approach but you need to have steady hands. Hope this helps
