What is your favorite moment in Sunbreak? this has been an incredible journey
Getting to mr rank like man I spent over 115 hours all well spent the only thing I didn't like was the apexs and I was like finally all that work paid off for me ya know dude and some times it can be annoying but I'm just grateful that I got there❤❤
Also one this I would like to add is that you are my fav mh youtuber and both of you are funny as hell and you deserve all the respect and more and one more thing I cant wait for to get the 1 million subs you deserve dude❤

What a wonderful journey Rise was. I'll admit I wasn't sold on it for awhile at the start but then as it got updated, and Sunbreak released, it definitely became one of my favourite Mon Hun experiences. Cheers for the amazing video dude and here's to future MH games

World was better imo, iceborne was 1000× better then all of the games, but rise wasn't my favorite, and then sunbreak made me love it a lot more, I think it's about the 3rd or 4th best behind world and iceborne and maybe 4U
I'll be honest, Rise/Sunbreak was my first MH game I ever played myself. And I got so emotional at the end, legit cried after beating Primordial Malzeno
It's a great first game! ^^ and same! Got super emotional at the end, it was a great send off

This was an incredible game, I don’t have the words to describe how much I love monster hunter now thanks to rise/sunbreak! This game was an incredible introduction to the series for me, and I’ve even met some wonderful friends in the community thanks to it. Out of all my hunts, I’d say my absolute favorite moment was at the very end of my sunbreak journey, when I finally released primordial malzeno from the grasp of the qurio, but there are so many other amazing moments from my journey. Here’s to many more hunts in the sixth generation!

It was really nice hearing you talk about your experience with Sunbreak, and I kind of felt the same way with coming back later in the updates to truly experience the game.
This was a really nice homage to Sunbreak, and while it is slightly melancholy that is over, it just means we have MH6 on the horizon to look forward to.

I am an old world hunter who never played World, so I already have a lot of nosalgia for Rises' launch as my introduction to Gen 5. This was a great look back and analysis of the game! I'm honestly going to miss this update cycle a lot, and I hope it's not too long of a wait for MH6!

Monster hunter rise , was my first game it was Amazing. After the first title update with the Narwa and Ibushi boss. I played world , GenU , 4U , 3U and A played a bit of Portable 3rd (Emulator) so i thank rise for getting into the series !

I remember when I fist got this game. It was my first mainline monster hunter game ( I played Stories 2 as my fist monster hunter game in general. I played it for like a few hours then got bored. But a few weeks ago my friend wanted to play with me cuz he just got rise. We played and now I am about to fight astalos. What an amazing ride this game has been. From beeting monster that you keep carting to, to finally beating that monster. This game got me in the mainline series. The community is very helpful and not toxic. I can’t wait for MH6 to come out and new memories to be made.

Rise/Sunbreak was the first MH game I’ve been with from beginning to end. Definitely inspired my love of the series. I had a blast!

Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak was my favourite MH games of All Time
It's not because i am new to the entry !!! I have played 3, 4, GU and Iceborne
It's because of how Sunbreak have very smooth gameplay, and it was mechanically good to play
GU was my 2nd favourite because of the gameplay mechanic and humongous rooster of my favourite monsters
I loves Hunter Arts and Hunting Styles SOOOOOO much and it doesn't take long for me to like Silkbind & Switch Skills for the SAME reason
Of course i have several complains of Sunbreak here and there but it is still my number 1 MH of All Time
I am certainly going to missed Wirebugs & Wyvern Riding

Hoping that the next game involves the same kind of mechanic for skill swaps and silk bind combos. Always loved the fact that you could customize your weapon combos.

HEY I WAS ONE PERSON HE MET FROM THE COMMUNITY
All jokes aside MHrise reintroduced me into the game due to that I played lost a lot of the devices that I used to play on (3DS PSP etc) and with me getting my first switch and getting rise and sunbreak is a great experience especially with the new abilities its feel great and Im very excited for MH6 (whatever its called)

Yup! It's all done in premiere! It's just a motion animation! Just takes a few clicks

But I'd be lying if I said the endgame isn't exhausting.
I think my favorite part about this game was that this was the first MH game where I had friends to play with the entire game

There is a beach thing like about rise sunbreak such as new monster based on their respective mythology like magnamalo is Onryō and garangolm is Frankenstein and golem even returning such as miztusune is Tamamo no mae and khzeu is faceless ghost (although apart of me it should be Rokurokubi)
The more layered armor like when I saw the guildmarm and moga sweetheart armor in game I was full of nostalgia and event quest give more layered armor like maiden outfit and return of buff body set feel more love for this game
And course the s tier waifu and 2 chad form kamura and elgado sunbreak
I felt rise was a truly monster hunter game. Where i grew more as a skilled Hunter, it the first game i practically soled up by myself. Not like the others where i struggled and cried in a corner and not die lol. Anamonly quest are a nightmare to solo. So i just fight regular hunts. I still dont fully understand anomonly quests. But im sure I'll figure everything out lol.
Hell yeee ^^ the game will always be there so whenever you want to get into it you can! I'm enjoying that grind honestly!

What, tame the monsters? You can already do that. Monster Hunter Stories and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin are games entirely designed around that function
I have mhw rise and sunbreak but I haven't touched because I still need to finish icebornes post game
It will always be there so just take your time and enjoy the games

I've probably beaten it to death at this point, but I will never forget how it felt to be completely destroyed by World Fatalis on that patch day. Being in call with everyone made it a little easier when we starting asking ourselves if the fight was even possible lol.
It didn't just do enough damage to one shot us, it also was quick enough to keep us constantly on our toes between openings-- if it left any obvious openings at all. Weirdly enough, the safest build I used was a Full-Safi DB build because no other weapon felt like it had the speed AND damage to make it past it's colossal health pool. Using that set indeed gave an edge on speed, but at the cost of it ticking down my health the entire time-- and leaving it's head completely untouched.
Getting past that first phase was an accomplishment in and of itself at that point, and that's when the game let us know that we could use multiplayer to take it down, and that the real fight had only just begun.
I could practically hear my heartbeat with every swipe, charge, and massive cone of fire. But progress was being made, slowly but surely. And then all of a sudden, Fatalis returns to the skies... and prepares to reduce everything to ash once again. Where do you hide this time? Well, behind the old, rusted emergency barrier of course! I'm sure a few players lost a year or two off their lives thanks to the heart attack that the barrier nearly FALLING DOWN might have given them. But, once you weather that storm, the worst is surely past.
Yeah... no. Immediately after he descends from the sky, you get to see the fruits of your labor. If you actually broke his head by then, you could probably even take a hit from him without being obliterated. However, let me remind you that I was playing dual blades, and had no knowledge whatsoever that the head needed to be broken to reduce his damage. So, at the time, I was convinced that his final phase was simply a case of "just don't get hit".
Despite all this, it went down eventually, and that was probably the most satisfied I've been with a fight ever. Alatreon was already a step up, and they didn't let us down with Fatalis either. I'd heard that old Fatalis was kind of a push over, but it felt like this one came back with a vengeance, and I loved every second of it.
Fatalis was definitely peak in iceborne! Such an incredible fight so many fights in that game left me speachless

Is sunbreak worth it I’ve been seeing mixed reviews I played world nd loved it but on the fence with rise sunbreak someone let me know??
I would definitely recommend it! it is different from world, with the pacing being a little faster and there are more mechanics added to the game, but I honestly really loved it! I would say give it a shot! The MH games go on sale frequently

I couldn't stand rise enough to get past hr7. I have over 8000 hours in world and iceborne and as soon as I hit hr7 in rise I was out. I play one weapon and I hated it in rise, including switch skills and wirebugs. Went back to world and waiting for mh6 in March. But i also hate the older games. Even mods couldn't make rise enjoyable for me

Ngl, at a personal level I can't get into MHR, I tried about 10-20 times trying to get into it and I just never could. I was very excited when they announced the magala monsters indeed and tried to play it again, but I just feel like the game doesn't compare to MHW:I, they are very different games, but I just find rise to be easier and have some pretty cheap hard difficulty in the end game from what I've seen but it is only my opinion. Great video aside from that
That is absolutely fair! I also personally didn't enjoy this as much as i did with Monster Hunter World Iceborne as well, but i still definitely enjoyed it! I just also unfortunately didn't have as much time to commit to it as i did with world and iceborne! And thank you so much ^^ it really means a lot!

I have some criticism, I think you play to many sound effects, especially when your oc does different faces, theres like a water drop sounds??? And its quite annoying imo... so could you maybe get rid of the water sound whenever your character moves lmao.
