Stonyford, it's a huge riding spot. A bunch of trails and it's in northern California. Go towards willows and take highway 162 East. Look it up it's an awesome spot. Go there every year during spring break and I'm from Oregon. Worth the trip!

Closest to LA can be determined by watching the zoom ins in the video, or by generating some Google Maps. Biggest bang for buck is mostly a matter of opinion, based upon what kind of terrain you prefer or want to explore.

Hungry Valley is at the top of the Grapevine. The 5 North get off at the Gorman exit or the next exit Frazier Mtn Park Rd. There's a Flying J for gas and snacks. From there take Ralph's ranch rd South (parallel's the 5) about 2 miles the entrance to the park is on the right. $5.00 per day per car. Camping is around $10.00 per night per car. It's the closest OHV park to L.A. and IMO the best place to take the family. Easy to get to, great variety of trail types and skill levels. Campsites, no running water. There are CLEAN mostly odor free bathrooms. I give it every star there is for rating.
