If you want to prevent the window from pulling the trim down, add some silicone the the felt on the back in the area where it hits the bolt and about 1.5 inches in each direction. I used Permatex ultra black. works like a charm, never catches!

The wheel was installed a few months ago. Its like 8 or 9 videos back!

hey i have a question my window trim on the driver said has some air that comes thru i think its cracked where do i get replacements for that? its the vertical piece.
So how did you fix the binding issue?
My car is missing that pin on the drivers side to lock the molding in. Can it be replaced?

Yep! No problems after it's been out in the sun for a little bit.
@@MohrGarage awesome! Leaving the window positioned so that the head touches up on the trim is a good idea. I'll leave mine like that under the sun for a bit.

You don’t really have to open the door or pop the hatch to put the trim back in but nice vid
