昨天做了這個蛋糕,今天晚上和朋友慶祝生日吃了,本來擔心會不會變壞了,和第一次做蛋糕不知道做出來的成品好不好吃。幸好,結果是好吃的。大家說甜度剛好,又不會太腻,只是有一個人說甜度可以再降低一點。8個人吃8吋的蛋糕有點太多了,下次做6吋就夠了,而且檸檬皮可以放更多。總而言之,這是一個適合新手做的好吃蛋糕。😊
這個食譜做出來的蛋糕真的很好吃,而且甜度很剛好,吃起來非常清爽,大家可以試試看,是6吋的大小喔,我前天用這個食譜來做兒子的2歲生日蛋糕,大家都很喜歡,謝謝分享

I pour in a little bit of hot water and stirred it well. Worked really well on mine. Hope this helps

落咗魚膠粉之後發現芝士會起一粒粒想問吓係點解?做唔到咁平滑嘅效果🤔
魚膠粉真係好煩 首先你要確保魚膠粉係充分溶化左 然後要取一小部分cream cheese同魚膠溶液撈匀先 cream cheese要室溫 唔好係凍嘅 如果唔係好易起粒粒 要撈到好匀 之後再倒入大部分cream cheese一齊撈 個人經驗係撈一小部分cream cheese嘅時候要匀就ok 溫度都好緊要
據我學過的講義說明,吉利丁粉(魚膠粉)一定要和糖在一起,不可分次加入,否則會結粒狀
