How to Remove A Stubborn Honda Crank Pulley Bolt With Just an Impact Gun - NO Torch, NO Breaker Bar

- If you have ever needed to take off a Honda crank pulley bolt, it always seems like they are welded on from the factory. Use of a cheater bar, torch, or impact gun never seems to get them off. The Lisle 77080 19mm impact socket is thick walled to resist flexing or dampening from a standard impact socket. This allows more torque to be transferred from the impact gun to the bolt, taking it right off.

How is it possible the pully doesn’t turn with it?
Is that the mid-torque? I had to use the big Milwaukee + the Lisle socket on my Honda v6.
What model impact gun u you using and what kind of socket you using
Awesome idea. They are a pain to remove if you ain't got mo powa babeh
Thanks for the video , I have a important question? How do troubleshoot a crankshaft pulley that is not aligned with all pulleys 2014 Honda Civic ex 1.8
Use a straightedge to check straightness and see which pulley is off. It's possible the balancer failed and is slowly separating, causing it to push outwards and come out of alignment.
I did check belt off n its like back ⅛ or ¼" it needs to come forward ¼ or ⅛ " all pulleys algin except crankshaft pulley n it's not loose or play its still
Tried the bauer ac powered impact on mine with the lisle socket. Did not work for me. 1050 ft lbs vs 1500. Is that what it takes?
I got mine off with a impact socket no weighted and a 1400lbs Milwaukee. 3 sec no joke. Before I tried a pneumatic and a breaker bar with a pipe.
Didn’t work for me.
