@Unique if your mind is telling you that you that this means that you have some kind of insecurity, it could be that you don't find yourself to be as attractive or compare yourself, you don't feel confident because you don't have achievements/accomplishments in your life, it could be you don't think you have a good personality, etc. The solution in the end is work on yourself. It is an important human need to be accepted by somebody, and you are feeling the same, but if you have any insecurity you won't be able to sustain the relationship.

    Good video shwetabh as usual
I also noticed a smart trick in shwetabh's pattern of video uploading. Like when he uploads a video he keeps a very catchy title; like this video has title "this is what smartest people do"
After gaining lots of views through catchy title on the day of video release; he will change the title to something meaningful and something organized.
Like; "importance of note taking" or "how to beat absent mindedness" etc
So that people can find his videos whenever they are looking for solution of particular problem.
Most of his recent videos have their title changed.
It is not criticism. It is appreciation.
I noticed this thing simply means that I am watching his videos regularly and two times minimum. So yess, I am big fan shwetabh.
    Lots of love ❤️
And off-course I will take notes from this video 😁

I get a lot of ideas in my mind but I struggle in catching up on them due to my inefficiency in organizing the further and giving them the required importance and direction. I would like to add opinion on this tip of making notes: in case u feel a certain loss of retaining points after you've written enough points already... U can also try to note things in a way u prefer more... Like u can prefer screen record if you are in an online lecture or voice notes of imp points you remember or have noted in ur note pad such that whenever u wanna review the notes, you don't have to read u can also hear them

    #ShwetabhBhai
I am Mahesh Thorve(18years old, JEE Aspirant) & this guy in the DP is my big brother(5 years older than me & An IITian from IITB)...Since last 2 years I have been using YT, watching 2 to 3 anime, got introduced to DesiHipHop & found alot of nice content creators(lndian & foreign)...& I'm really glad that I found you in 2020(before you met vedant&prakhar)...& these(YT, DISTRACTIONS, ETC.) are one the reasons why I didn't focused on studies....BUT when you uploaded that #ADHD video I was so fu*king shocked, BCZ nothing felt so much relatable...I started journaling & using alarm clock method but never sticked to it...I always quitted(more than A #MILLION TIMES in less than a day)...Still I observed alot of symptoms of ADHD in me

    #SYMPTOMS :- {like always having 10 to 15 TABS opened in my browser & constantly switching between all the TABS ; In conversations, I always #INFODUMP & thus, people get bored really quickly ; I can't expain anything 'in short' to anyone(can't even expain to myself);when I procrastinate about talking to someone Sometimes, I am genuinely funny, confident(I am not like this in reality); While procrastinating, I speak in english very clearly/fluently(but when it comes to reality, I start having anxiety, kabhi kabhi toh haat kapne lag jaate hai); In conversations, I always get blanked when someone asks me something specific{especially in front of my father & brother} ; always vibrating my legs ; procrastinating ; doing Maladaptive Daydreaming about being in a relationship or about achieving something big{like going into IIT} ; Always made great plans but always failed to execute them even a single day ; then started doing pomodoro & aloted only 3 imp tasks for the day but still couldn't sticked to it ; always started execising but always quitted ; sometimes while brushing my teeth I start procrastinating & waste 15 to 25minutes without even knowing[maybe BCZ of time blindness] ; I only work just before deadlines [even in that I try to waste my time{#Escapism}] OR I work when parent's or my brother scolds me(BCZ I have already told them the truth that I wasted my 2 IMP YEARS) ; etc...........}
But I am not gonna tell my parents about it for some time now BCZ they lost all the trust they had on me & they will think that I'm giving excuses. So, the only option that is left for me is to build the trust(which is gonna take some fu*king amount of effort but I will give my best)

#OurSocioeconomicStatus :- My father was never rich...He came from a village to here in this city(Aurangabad, Maharashtra) & worked in a hotel {But, I have observed since my childhood that he is really good at talking & have great contacts}...so, our socio-economic status was never that high but now my brother has a job & my father is also earning well(still not really rich by money BUT both are really rich by there heart's & they are giving me this 2nd chance to prove myself in front them & in front of myself)...especially my brother has seen more struggle BCZ of money than me...Also once we had a house of 1room & a kitchen which was really fu*king big for little me...NOW, we have a 2bhk house of our own since last 10 years...

After that video, I found a TedTalk of Jessica McCabe(founder of #HowToADHD yt channel) & felt alot more relatable... right now I just got admission into a droppers batch for jee(I am giving another year for JEE)...I know shwetabh that things change slowly & that's why I am again starting for the 1000th time...my dropper classes has started since 2 last days & I need to make an habit of working consistently(WHICH IS REALLY HARD BUT I'M TRYING) ; I am also going to improve my English, Hindi & Marathi(my marathi is good but still I sometimes get blanked [Maybe BCZ of ADHD or SOMETHING ELSE])...
#ReasonWhyIwantToGetIntoIIT :- I want to get into IIT BCZ I will have a lot of opportunities to discover a different side of myself more there, I can try & learn different things(hobbies,etc...) there...
Also you were gonna make more videos related to ADHD, no pressure...I love these streams as well,I get great perspectives from them as well... Also give us an update on your #60dayDATA (data of your own way to tackle ADHD or something like that) which you were talikng about in one of your livestreams?...
I'd been trying since ages to write this, but always quitted...
& Finally , Tell me what are your thoughts [ OR Your different #GangstaPerspectives ] on my Story???(Obviously, I couldn't write about my entire life but I think I wrote most of the things)
It would be great if you take my problem & make a video(If Possible) on this shwetabh bhai...
I wrote all this comment 3 months ago on your ''ghus jao padhai mein'' wala video...
Update:- I am in depression, anxiety, & for a long time I was even having suicidal thoughts...But, I told my parents about my depression & my suicidal thoughts, they listened & we had a 2-3hr long really EMOTIONAL talk & now, we are ok...But, still I cheat on myself by wasting days after days...One of the most Important things which I learned from u is 'how to think' & Now, I don't take sides, don't follow anybody, a lot of times I think critically...but, I am not even able to talk properly infront of my parents, I get blank & not even able to make proper sentences/ not able to choose correct words & because of that I often offend them...I am always angry at them for no reason(I just can't control that), I can't talk to someone in a phonecall infront of my parents/brother, My maladaptive daydreaming about me being in a (sexual)relationship with an imaginary person has became a serious addiction, also watching too much porn lately & I cry a lot lately,etc.....

So, brother I know, what u are going through in recent times & so that's why take your time bhai & I will wait for days & months for that video, because I know that I will get a new perspective :)
Also, whenever I listen music(for 2 to 3 times), then that music stays in my mind for atleast 2-3 days straight & thus, I can't focus properly...So, can u plz suggest me some music(As u have some good music taste)...How to improve music taste?
Plz, make a video on my problem(whenever u have time)... Also give us an update on your #60dayDATA (data of your own way to tackle ADHD or something like that) which you were talikng about in one of your livestreams, so,what happened to that??
Also, a suggestion, Plz bring a proper series of video's on #HowToThink

    3:00 Important point.
I must say its crazy that you talked about this haha, two things you said in the video just surprised me and made me laugh.
First was about taking notes, so I do have a journal but also I have a journal/dairy in my phone where I note every idea that I find important. Learnings, Ideas, Books, things to research and anything that I find important I note it down in my phone then later complete my thought when I have my physical journal in my hand. It's been 2 years now.
Second one was writing your learnings in your diary's starting pages.
Its been 7 years since I started writing my thoughts in my dairies and it was a shocker for me when you said exactly what I do hahaha for so many years. Every time I start a new journal I will review my last journal in my new one first, then continue with whatever I want to write. I usually try my best to write every lesson within 6 pages in precise words.
And yes its true, these techniques are brilliant, and I can vouch for it.
Also I'm reading your book, so far I'm captivated.

    1. I was mocked for doing this repeatedly, even by my own patents. I started noting lessons for day at night in journal and my parents laughed at that.
And somewhere my laziness made excuse out of it and discouraged me.
Same with my sleep schedule. I had alarm for 11.30 pm for sleep so that I will stop doing whatever I am doing and go to bed. But I got laughed at. Now I many times keep scrolling till 12.30 am and fuck my sleep patterns...

Wow i exactly do this, I too have a habit of noting down asap
When I revisit the diary , it helps in realising how much I have progressed as a person , both in value and mentally through time & helps in achieving self awareness at a different level...
There are lot of epiphany, moment of learnings and realisations and our brains at peak of something,
things tend to get dull and eventually things kind of sweep out of mind,
Dairy helps in reasserting control of lost wisdom & the things that we tend to let go subconsciously
I make dairy and add link to the video with specific minute and seconds and add link of RUclips videos or a movie or a drama or some real life happenings as a reference,
I cover all the aspects of life in the diary, like people, thoughts, some legendary lines✨, communication, present goals, daily work tabs & time management, dieting, exercises, fashion , personality, language/vocabulary efficiency/productivity & some more technical things,...etc and the list goes on
    & also add dates,

Yess self realisation that how much you have grown mentally and emotionally. And when you look at your past self through that diary you realises how much strength you have to achieve something or past memories that you adored.

Take notes of whatever you have learned from any person. Taking notes can help you stop being absent-minded, because when you take notes, you give extra attention to the other person's words or details. This can help you stop being absent-minded, and the other person will also feel honored that you are giving them so much attention.
Taking notes is good, but organizing these notes and applying them in your life from time to time is the most important thing. You should also revise your notes from time to time so that they will always be on your tip of the tongue.

By looking at this video i realized that instaed of listning to what you are explaning I have gaimed much more just by looking at what you do and how you organise yourself on a daily basis and how you overcome simple daily hurdles. Here mentioned about taking notes in google keep and then at the end organising it. This kind of little things will help many of us a lot that is what I think. Thanks.

Sir may movies dramas bohot dekhti hu or overthinking karti hu. Or yea ab ek addition ban chuki ha. Isliye ab may study me focus nehi kar pa rahi hu or mera bohot jayada time vi waste ho raha ha. Sir kuchh solution bata dijiye. I have tried lot's of things but can't help me to get out 🙂

      @seemranhoro Год назад +1

Movies dramas is not a reality that you are living hum ye sab jab dekhte hai toh apne reality ko jo hum dekhte hai usse samjhne lagte hai mtlb humara dimag samjhne lagta hai isliye hum jyada overthinking karte hai and mind me different scieneros bnane lagte hai. Iske liye aapko apne reality ko change karna hoga jo apke mind perceive kar rhi hai mtlb apko thoda kam time Dena hoga watching all those dramas and movies i know you can't completely no see it but you can lower the time when you see it. And logo ke sath jyada time spend kare like talking to your friends whenever you get time.
