    Do you think it would be a good idea for me to workout one muscle group per day?

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  7 лет назад +12

      No. We like doing dynamic movements that train multiple areas in our workouts. They are more real world type of workouts for ball players.

    I've been having some big trouble with a spin around fade away, and shooting of a bribble, i really need to learn those, because im 5'11 and i dribble like a point gaurd, so if u make a turturiol on spin around fade aways and shooting of the dribble, i can be honestly unstoppable, PLEASE DO IT, i literally just found your account, and watched 5 vids already, and i love your channel, it would be great if u do the vids i asked to do, THANK U

    How do you best recover if you have overtrained for too long and your body begins to shut down?

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  7 лет назад +3

      The following has worked for me and I don't know how your body will react. I'm not a doctor or therapist so consult a doctor, therapist or a trainer for information specific to you.
      Here's what's worked for me;
      1. Resting for at least 14 days (no working out)
      2. Getting a lot more sleep - minimum of 8 hours, 10 is better.
      3. Eating super clean and healthy foods, no fast foods or sugar.
      4. Getting massaged and having the muscles worked.

    What do I do if I can't do 15-20 perfect push-ups? Right now I can barely do 5 perfect pushups and then I do push-ups on my knees until I can't do anymore

    • @DeepGameBasketball
      @DeepGameBasketball  7 лет назад +3

      Keep doing exactly what you're doing. On the last push, when you can't do anymore, go to the top position and slowly move to the ground -- pushing up the whole time. This is called, "getting the negative" and your arms should feel like jello. Doing this is a great way to build strength and you should start to see yourself being able to 1 extra push up every 3-5 days or so.
