Bruh this helps so much this made me better control at basketball and im in a league and my coach said im improving but the thing is that u need to do this everyday
I wouldn't say everyday because when you exercise you are basically destroying your muscles and ripping them apart but what happens is your body makes the muscle bigger and tougher so when it happens again your muscles won't be as weak as they were before. But while the muscles are healing, if you exercise them while their healing youndont give the time it takes for the muscles to come back stronger so by doing it everyday your basically ripping apart your muscles while their trying to heal. So I would suggest doing this workout more times a day then taking a break from working out those pairs of muscles again the next day to give them chance to recover.
I would suggest going full intensity double or more what the video says and working on your skills the next day. Therefore you get time to recover and practice

I have not had a growth spurt yet so i am workimg hard amd hoping that it will happen so i can become a good player. The type of player i want to be is westbrook. But i don't have the strenght and height to match him yet. My dad is 6'2 and my family is fairly tall, so i think i have a good shot. I am gonna try to lose a bit of weight as well, i am 163lb right now amd would like to go down to 155 lean.

is it okay to mixed this exercise up with your other exercises 3-5 times a week? beacause i am planning to turn this grinding up, and want to have a fast result , i dont have weights and dont have that much space to work with, am i at high risk of having injuries if i do it?
These exercises aren't specifically aimed at that goal but they will certainly help condition your body to perform optimally during those type of movements!

No i suggest you to workout every 2 days because you need to rest them theres a rest day and work day and goes on

I prefer the workout on a daily. You'll recover it taking a hot shower at night to relax the muscles then they rest while you sleep.
