Some good stuff there. I alternate between the Cap1 and Cap2 depending on the bag and my loadout. Best EDC purchases hands down. I bought that Biner too. Nice on the go way to secure a bag if needed.
Thank god you didn't recommend pants! 🤣 But for real, great video and strong agree on your choices. I'm a little surprised that the Mach1 Hi-Speeds haven't been released in black yet. I've been wearing the Mach2's since they came out and while the more rugged tread isn't as off-putting as some reviewers made it out to be (in practice I find very few people see the bottoms of my boots), any non-coyote version of the Mach1 Hi-Speeds will be an instant buy for me.
So, the MacV-1 shoes have some of the worst non-slip soles I've ever had. I would think for a rucking shoe, they would have MUCH better quality nonslip. Supposedly the 2's have better nonslip, but im not sure myself.

Tread on these is definitely lower profile which I personally enjoy more than the MACV-2s for day-to-day around town wear.
So what do you recommend for rucking? I'm not concerned about day to day shoes. I know Rocky brand boots are highly rated for rucking.
@@PC-yp5dl honestly I ruck in running shoes mostly. Either road or trail versions. The Mackalls are used mostly these days
