My GORUCK 15L tropic multicam bullet is still my EDC. Perfect for iPad (which I use more than my MacBook), Yeti water bottle, jacket, wire dopp, portable ham radio, extra jacket.
I have been on the hunt for the perfect EDC bag for years! I just recently got the GoRuck Heritage Bullet in camo (w/o the laptop pocket) and I think I am in love with this one. This 15L is the perfect size for all the things I “need” on a day to day, plus the quality is insane and will outlast me for sure.
@@JBOutside1 I have the matching field pouch for it as well. I think my grey man panel insert arrives today, and I was thinking about getting a TAD GPP1 Woodland Camo pouch to attach to the top, rounding out the kit. The overseas shipping for the GPP1 is insane though.

I generally carry very little, have a just in case kind of carry, small flashlight, lighter, pen, pocket notebook, packable grocery bag, small battery bank, mints, chapstick, small diy med kit, and a water bottle. I've stuck to a bullet ruck.
That’s awesome. That’s why I love EDC it fits into so many categories. Some carry a ton of stuff and some don’t have that many needs. My fave two bags right now are the Evergoods PLC20 for super light days and the CHZ22 for a bit more every day.
@@JBOutside1 the bullet is definitely good for a daily bag I've also used it as a bike bag since the molle can hold the reflective strips, I've thought about getting a gr1 since I found that my bullet feels a little overstuffed once I put a hoodie in it, the dimensions are close but I feel that the squares off shape of the gr1 helps.

JB - One more question I did not see addressed below: A19 Whitley seems made for EDC. Typical size at 20L. Can work "from" or "out of." Stands up. Lots of tech storage. XPac available for weather protection. External water bottle pockets. Curious as to its omission here?
Great question. While I did really like the Whitley I ultimately didn’t use it much. I’d give it an honorable mention here for sure as some people still really love it.

While AerSf has many offerings similar to some of your favorite brands while having enough differences where I am confident in recommending it for you to check out, Master-Piece has something very special about it in addition to amazing attention to detail and the above mentioned quality and craftsmanship. I can say exactly what makes Master-Piece so very special in my opinion outside of the obvious characteristics but in short, it’s one of those brands where you’d never even consider the need to switch out any buckles or any components for that matter because the way it comes from stock is already so well crafted and special that no cobra or fidlock buckle would enhance the beautiful aesthetic that’s really different from any other brand on the market.
