This is so helpful, especially the weekly meal list because I also don’t like meal prepping. I was planning to do that a few weeks ago but didn’t know where to start. I lost almost 60 lbs in 2020 then gained it all back when I was pregnant in 2022. I thought it would be easy to lose since I did it before, but lawd between my environment, stress, hormones, alcohol 😅, and trying to rush the process, the inconsistency has been real. One meal a day and alternate day fasting while eating clean was what really helped me before, but I guess 10 months of eating anything I wanted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while being pregnant has changed the game for me. It’s hard to fast because I’m almost always thinking about food. However, I stumbled across your video because I’m ready to do what I need to do without starving myself and yo yo dieting. I have a big problem with letting go of coffee. I drink a cup in the morning with sugar at home. Then when at work I’ll have two more cups with half and half and sugar. Then I’ll have another cup when i come home.

I agree with everything you said.🎉🎉 An initial tip building on meal preps that i find is the eating only the things u planned all the time can alter your social life i feel like initially yes but eventually youll want to apply the knowledge so youre not scared to eat out once in a while. For example using low carb swaps on the menu and insteae of having the same chicken salads you been having at home the past 5 months you can afford to have a nandos chicken and corn etc. Somebpeople get so obsessed with their meals they become scared tobeat out because they become comfortable only everveating at home and not trusting and applying their knowledge. Then once they start going out may gain back because theyve been sheltering themselves eating the sane things and they dont want to eat that only for the rest of their lives. Its normal.Again its not often but you shouldnt avoid all outings because of your diet. Eventually you will get bored and its confidence building trusting yourself to make choices when you go out.
Love, I don’t think you watched the whole video. I never said, eat the same things over and over. I said have a weekly plan, which will help them not fall off track. I also didn’t say you couldn’t eat out, if you watch other videos I have made you would understand I don’t believe in just eating at home or just meal planning. BUT for some ppl meal planning is necessary because if they don’t have food available in the refrigerator. It’s a higher chance they’re going to eat out and eat the wrong thing. I get what you are saying but it just doesn’t apply with what I’m saying in this video. ❤️

Also if you don’t know how to cook, there’s companies (like Hello Fresh) that will send you food already portioned and measured out for you. Or just buy ingredients yourself- proteins, fruit, & veggies.

I just boil water added fresh ginger about five small pieces and 3-4 mint leaves. I boil them together for about 10 minutes until I can smell the ginger and that’s it.
I had my first baby in 2021, and just had our second in September! Iam so disgusted by my body, after 3 long hard working years before babies i had gotten to my smallest ever at 161....iam currently what i weighed the night i had my first baby!🥴😭 ....254 how!?!?! Im so nervous about being pregnant and weight loss with a low thyroid. I was your before, before pregnancy lol. And Like when i research it the whole calories in and out doesnt apply. Intermittent fasting can be dangerous, typical workouts. Alot of things are counterproductive to another. Its seriously soo stressful trying to manage this disease when everything in the store is “inflammation”.
Before getting pregnant you should clean up your diet, so when you are pregnant, it’s going to be easier for you. Honestly I would do a whole food diet were you cook, almost all your food as much as possible. Create a food diary, and write down how certain foods make you feel, keep track of what to eat, and what not to eat. Focus on low impact cardio and weight lifting , not heavy. But nothing that’s going to put a lot of tension on your body. You really just have to figure out what works for you and then it gets so much easier ❤️
@latifahshakur5466 I have a low thyroid and had to have my thyroid ablated when I was 20, I’m now 35. I’ve lost 80 lbs. I intermittent fast, but you have to go with what you feel. I do a 16:8 fast, but I will have a teaspoon of yogurt or something during fasting times to help me through the fast and I take cinnamon capsules to keep my thyroid levels up while fasting. This has helped me a lot. I have fasted too strenuously before, and was sick from my thyroid and gained weight, but this has worked. I also do more long walks instead of heavy weight lifting

Omg I felt the same way ! Salt and vinegar chips had me in a chokehold, but once i stopped buying them for my house I was able to cut back on eating them dramatically. Now like once a month I eat them. Try not buying them for your house. That’s will for sure help.

I am currently as sick as a dog. It's the time I lose the most weight.
If it’s been hard for you, start off with replacing one meal a day with a healthy meal. Like lunch with a salad or breakfast with oatmeal or dinner with a protein and veggies. Try to replace one meal permanently to see if that will help you start.
