It’s crazy, I can eat multiple boiled eggs in one sitting no problem. But if I scramble them, no way I’m eating so many eggs at once. Is that girl math?! 😂😂😂
I'm eating from12pm to 8pm and i only eat lunch and dinner sometimes a snack inbetween and i still don't lose weight.i cut off sugar,fast food and soft drinks
It doesn’t matter what time you eat. The only thing that matters is if you’re in a calorie deficit. If you’re not losing weight, and if you’re stressing, that can be the reason of it or you’re just not in a big enough calorie deficit.

Add more Chipotle than mayo and you won’t even taste it. I don’t like mayo either. Or you can use plain Greek yogurt

This looks so good!! I I just bought this turkey bacon and been enjoying it the past week. The only thing mayo scares me a bit since realizing the fat content though I guess they're not all made the same? The fat content seems so high, but I guess it's about balance & just using the serving size if most of my other calories for the day are low in fat? Lol I'm still trying to figure this all out
Fat is amazing for health! Fat is NOT bad. That's very outdated and debunked health information of the 20th century and is sadly still believed that it's bad for you. Check out the channel Evil food supply and watch their documentary on fat and you'll see the truth about it. There's plenty of keto and carnivore advocating doctors that will explain with facts and updated data on the importance of whole and high fat in a diet and explaining why low fat is dangerous especially for women.
