Thank you!!! I am starting my weight journey at the age at the age of 47. I’ve been walking for exercise 4 to 5 times twice a week. This has been going on for about a month. I’m 5 ‘3 I weighed 219. I’m weighing 195 as we speak. I would like to get down to 145 to 155. God is good
Thank you for sharing! This will help me a lot. I walked my weight off over 2 years ago now. I went from 350 to 128. I am obsessed with calorie counting and miserable.
Little cheat code/ fact before grabbing that second serving wait 10 minutes, it takes about 10 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it’s feeling full or satiated if you still feel hungry after those 10 minutes you can grab a second serving but if you feel satiated or satisfied not Necessarily full you can just stop there and wait till the next eat time. Hope this helps ❤
@@tatianaartiga4711I tried it but got back hungry fast so I tried other ways that worked for me I’m 100 pounds down ima year still want to loose 40 pounds so I’m just browsing RUclips 😊
From someone that lost 90lbs, I must say that your info is 1000% ON POINT! Ever since I changed my eating lifestyle 6yrs ago and have been able to keep the weight off basically doing everything you mentioned. I feel better at 60 then, when I was in my 30's. We have to take charge of our health and maintain a healthy lifestyle so we don't have to rely on Big Pharma and the medical system. GOOD HEALTH IS THE TRUE WEALTH that will give you the ability to live a good life in terms of emotional and physical well-being. Keep up the good work.
I freeze 10 grapes and eat them after every dinner. Also I buy 2 cooked rotisserie chickens for 12 dollars. I eat one half every day…. Lost so much weight doing this
Another tip is cooking in water or veggie broth instead of oil. Most dishes can be cooked without oil and taste isn’t sacrificed. I’ve been doing this for some time and I barely use oil or butter. 14 oz of grass fed Butter last almost a month in my house now for a family of 7.
You got it Ms. I am 38, and I said I will finally lose this weight by 40, I love this whole video, I hope you know you are helping a lot of people. May God Blessed you.
You are so on point.. and perfect for me.. I lost 75lbs. on WW and gained 35lbs after getting married at the age of 60. Still working on getting back to my goal weight.
I'm in a wheelchair but I'm pretty mobile as far from the waist up and I do Uber eats and I work in delivery for groceries so I'm constantly picking up gallons of milk and things like that so I'm always mindful of the movement that I'm getting but learning this about dieting is a game changer thank you so much
Now I’ve see😮a lot of weight loss videos…and I mean a lot. And I’m 69 years old. So A LOT! This is your gift. You’re so real! I’m gonna go back and find your other videos. Very motivating. Thx so much!❤
It was so refreshing to watch you! I know all of these tips and lost 40lbs on my own 5 years ago. However, I got sick, developed a thyroid issue and packed on what I lost and then some. I'm now back on a journey to lose the weight again. And again, even though I know all about everything you said, it's SOOOOOOO helpful just to hear it all again! I feel like after I got sick and the weight started coming back, that I kinda lost some momentum and just forgot so many things I did to lose it the first time. This video was so inspiring and helpful! Thank you so much for posting this! New subbie!

🧡 For me (half a century old), I have to count calories because I am a picky eater. Intermittent fasting has helped me lose 65 lbs from 10/23 - 4/24. I did do some of what you mentioned. You have to plan ahead but more importantly, you MUST be ready to make the change. That is key! Change don't change until you change! TFS!
@@childofgodtv3903Here are 3 ideas. 1 Instead of sautéing food in oil or butter, use water. For example, if I’m going to use aromatics (onions, garlic, celery, etc.) in a dish, then I’ll fry them with water. Then, I can taste those flavors and not the oil. 2 Use oil-free salad dressings to flavor things. There are several recipes online. 3 Air fry without oil. I put Dijon mustard, garlic powder and paprika on top and put lemon slices in between the filets for moisture.
but remember for some foods you need oil with it so your body can take in the vitamins (f.e. in salads) Just maybe try to use virgin olive oil instead of fatty ranch dressings etc.
Thank you for these gems. I was dropping weight but stopped when I got stressed out and sick. Now that I’m ok I was able to get back to the gym today with a friend.
I haven’t changed my diet much what has been working is bodyweight exercises when I was working out at the gym I wasn’t losing but using my own body weight between 30 to 60 minutes five days a week I started seeing changes within a month. It’s been six months and I’m down 25 pounds. since I was 190 pounds my body weight was me working out lifting, squatting, push-ups, etc with 190 pounds. That took the place of lifting weights my own body! You will start seeing results within a week! It’s slow because you’re losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time, but you will see changes. Like she said discipline and consistency is key.
This is what I want to do because 1 it's more economical for my no budget 0 income atm no dumbbells no weights no kettle bells etc. Just my own heavy bodyweight. But I gotta find a good routine for all the exercises I need to do on this old, overweight 58 yo 5' 4 1/4 " large boned frame slowed down post menopausal body with unaligned spine/hips. Upped my protein and fat ratio as low carb as I can possibly get doing elimination diet protocol.
I am too, food always makes me feel better 😭 So I just had to find better comfort food that will help me on my journey. I don’t like cussing on the internet at all.
Shaped the same as well..its gon be hard but one day at a time..n at my own pace.. my problem is weighing myself too often..so tryna train myself to less 😒🫠..lol good luck to you luv

❤ good morning! I just found your channel this morning. I’m grateful for the tips and pray they help me with my weight loss journey. You’re definitely inspiration. Have a wonderful day.
This is legit more helpful than my appointment with a nutritionist! All she did was give me a sheet with what a plate should look like and a calorie goal of 1300 a day. Needless to say, I haven't been losing weight.
I counted calories as a teenager, has multiple injuries due to under feeding and over-exercising. I now count calories and weigh daily, and I’ve succeeded in losing 40lbs in 14 weeks, and enjoy understanding what’s in my food. It’s all about mindset! If you’re sensitive to calorie intake, will be prone to self-criticise by going 50-500 over calorie intake, don’t count. If it does you more bad than good, don’t do it. Now that I’m healthier mentally, and don’t let the number on the scale dictate the amount of love I have for myself that day, I can weigh and count daily. Now I don’t have to weigh my cheese, or chips, to understand the serving size. I automatically understand roughly how much it should look like. Occasionally I’ll weigh it again to ensure Im being accurate with the serving size.
You got me motivated with your videos so glad I found your channel! Congrats on the weight loss and keeping it off. Which is a huge deal people don't even realize🎉
I’m happy you found it too ❤️❤️ I keep trying to explain that to people that keeping it off isn’t easy but very much doable if you lose the weight correctly in the first place 🙌🏽
"Pour it down till it turn light brown" 😂😂 My coffee used to be like my morning dessert. Now I'm more mindful with my cream and sugar and you're right about the cottage cheese. It gives it volume and makes it creamy so you don't need to add regular cheese
Try a focus creamer i been making myself a caramel macchiato from Frozen bean and I just add the focus creamer from Rising Tide and some KOS salted caramel coffee protein powder 😁

Creamer 😂😂with a little bit of coffee 😂😂….that’s me
Me too 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Pour it down to light brown, got me. 😂 I'm like how she know?!
To make my coffee light, I pour unsweetened vanilla almond milk, it's low calorie, and to have the creamy taste, I measure 2 tablespoons of coffemate zero creamer, it comes out delicious!
