i haven’t been working out for a while and this challenge seems to be the perfect thing to get into it again. the workouts aren’t too long but seem to be effective, im looking forward to finish this challenge and try another one of yours soon! thank you!
I used to work out every two days during the pandemic and I LOVED my body. After that, I had extremely stressful two years and I gained about 10 kilos and I’m trying to tone up again. Luckily t doesn’t really seem like 10 kilos because I managed to take care of my body but I’m gonna try pilates with you this time. Hope it works! ❤️

23/08 - I found this workout more challenging than your others ones. Liked it a lot ! 20/10 - This one is really different from the others - no break at 5min, a finisher of 1min. Still great tho
i don't know why but when i'm doing the exercices wich need to be like ass or back on the ground and elevating the legs, it feels uncomfortable, like a pain at the very end of my back (where there is the bone i think) so it makes it weird to do kind of exercices like this Is it the same for everyone or is it me?
Hi, try to put in the abs and stay straight and still with the back moving only the leg. The pain can be only because you need to correct your posture. :)🫶🏻
Try to use your core muscles to push your lower back to the front, so you have a straight posture. Try watching a video if you don’t quite understand how to do that. But you still feel the pain after that i suggest you stop because u should never ignore the signs your body is giving you
