    Not sure if you're aware of the opossum rat honey badger that is lurking on the wall behind you. Just be careful guys. They are vicious.

    When I see the final trims I keep thinking to myself NOOO. I do understand the ribs are for competition. But dang the flavor that is tossed awasy

    This is the only way i do ribs! Buy the whole spare, st louis it, and pit the tips in the freezer for later. Definitely more bang for your buck. Not a fan of cooking the whole spare so this is the only way for me 🔥
