    This was absolutely gorgeous !!! Made 2kg of lamb for family so multiplied everything 4 fold as this recipe is for half a kilo. Honestly, it was better than restaurant karahi. I will always make lamb this way from now on.
    Thankyou so much sister Nabeela for sharing your expertise

    Stunning dish. I double recipe up because Aldi do a 1kg joint of Lamb. I'm making it for the third time today. Just waiting for it to cook smells lovely can't wait. Think I've memorised the recipe and method now.

    I made this tonight and the taste was delicious my husband was happy although the colour turned out darker than yours do you think this was due to me over cooking the onions coukdnt think what made it darker?!

    • @CookwithNabeela
      @CookwithNabeela  Год назад +1

      Most likely. Try not to over cook the onions. Just enough so they are soft. They will eventually cook with the rest of the ingredients 🙂

      @@CookwithNabeela it was excellent, I used boneless chicken thigh and adjusted the cooking time slightly. Just out of curiosity what makes you use 2 teaspoons of turmeric in most of your curries as many chefs use less, is that a colour thing or a taste thing? Best wishes

    Do we simmer the lamb before hand what about the stock from the lamb?

    • @CookwithNabeela
      @CookwithNabeela  4 года назад +1

      No, you can cook the lamb once you have added the spices and the water. If the lamb is not throughly cooked then just add some more water.

    What heat are you cooking at consistently? Medium heat?

    • @CookwithNabeela
      @CookwithNabeela  4 года назад +2

      That's right. Majority of the cooking is on medium heat but you need to lower the heat when you add water to cook the lamb. This will make sure the lamb is cooked properly :)
