  • The last of the premier episodes, in this video we'll round out the rest of the unintroduced subplots in my ongoing discussion/review of The Rings of Power Season two. Today we visit episode 3: The Eagle and the Sceptre
In this episode we'll finally meet up with our old Numenorean friends including Isildur who is surprise, surprise, not dead. We get a lightning fast depiction of the Numenorean election (coronation) season, as well as an up close and personal insight into the absolutely terrible day, month, and honestly year Isildur is having. Meanwhile on the other side of the world Celebrimbor and Annatar begin their work in earnest to convince the Dwarf Lords to accept a most tempting offer.
Thank you again to everyone who has supported the channel so far! Be sure to leave a comment down below of what you think of the season so far! And if you enjoyed the video, don't forget to subscribe!

Nazanin Boniadi the actress who played Bronwyn confirmed on her Instagram that she left because of the toxic discourse around the show the story of her leaving to focus on her woman's rights activism was just bunk

Ah ok, thank you for letting me know. I was trying to figure out why but I saw a few different accounts.
If that is indeed the case then that is devastating. The amount of toxicity, hate, and abuse these actors suffered last season is inexcusable. Disliking a show is one thing, but sending death threats or barraging an actor and their families with an unending spew of racist remarks is so pathetic and disgusting.

    Problems in Middle Earth:
    1. The southlands are obliterated and conquered by slavers
    2. The king has died and queen has been overthrown in Numenor
    3. The lights are too dim in Khazad Dum
    4. Need walking stick and water in the desert

I thought the difference in apparent stakes (the lights are too dim) was funny by comparison haha
