    If you’re really sick as I am. You are not well enough to do all the paperwork involved in applying for disability. If I could do that I could probably work.

    Great tips! I pretty much would not qualify for the majority of the benefits, not disabled, no spouse for 10 years, etc... But for those who do qualify, this is great information.

    I'm 59 and on disability, my 66 year old wife of 19 years passed away. SS is telling me I only get the $255 and nothing else, even though on the web site says 50-59 on disability gets 71% of her benefit.

    I'll be 65 in October but I have already started SS at 62. I didn't pay in to SS while working with the state of Louisiana but I went back to work after retirement to get my 40 credits. But due to the WEP, I draw just $327.40. Is there anyway I can draw more off my wife's SS or my former wife's SS because I was married to both for over 10 years. My Wife gets over $1,500.00 from SS

    How does someone move from Medicare Advantage to Medigap?

  • @EvanRado
    @EvanRado 2 дня назад

    I hope there will be other options still available if SSI/SSID is removed because I'm disabled and still undergoing a lot of testing and my disability is the only thing keeping me alive. If there's no options I'll be homeless in a matter of weeks. I can't work and I'm just absolutely horrified for my future. I'm not being overdramatic when I saw my entire life depends on the elections this year. I don't want to die at 26. My body has already tried and I guess it would be just my luck to die to the government after managing to not die from my disabilities.

    Hi, I had asked this question before I was never told by Social Security when I asked them if I could take my Social Security at 62 and file disability at the same time, they never said anything about being penalized and getting a lower amount once I was approved for disabilityin your video you said you just have to be careful of the onset date what exactly do you mean by that?

      Hire a lawyer that does not charge until and unless.they win the case......Binder and Binder is one..Dr. Weir says to not do that..but since she was denied...and with depression it is hard to know what to do... these attorneys know what to do.

      Was she denied d/t not having the work credits? Did she also do an application for SSI @ the same time? With only mental health, she needs a lawyer.
