Excellent video. I can't thank you enough. I am single and elderly. I was about ready to call a plumber, but found a few loose things , tightened them and now it's fixed!!! Deeply grateful!
Anyone else on the kitchen floor crying cuz you still don't know how to fix it
Valery Gamez yup. He said you can put this and that but HOW?
Im crying because my sink isnt 7 feet high
🙋♀️🙁
😢
You have to have comprehensive listening skills.
Listen to each sentence. Maybe 20 second clips. Write it down. Then imagine and visualize what he is saying and see if it applies to the issue you're dealing with your leaking pipe or sink.
This is a damn good tutorial--no long-winded, self-serving BS, just a clear, easy-to-understand, right-to-the-point demonstration. Very helpful, thanks.

Really? This is terrible! "It could be... or maybe... sometimes... possibly.... over time..." Thanks for nothing!
I have a feeling that you have to have a certain length of video in order to monetize it. That's why we are subjected to long-winded tutorials that could take 30 seconds otherwise.
Self serving BS 😂. Yes I agree! This is a great tutorial. He's a shoot from the hip kind of guy. Helped me fix my leak!
This guy saved thousands of people hundreds of dollars, Proof that not all heros wear capes!
Yay! Thank you so much. You helped me find and dix the issue. Super easy fix, and didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars to have a plumber tighten something. Awesome.
Thank you for this very helpful video. It's easy to understand, precise, and was able to teach someone that doesn't have any knowledge about plumbing. Very Helpful video. Thanks again!
Just wanted to say thanks for this tutorial. Within 5 minutes it helped me figure out what was wrong with my sink!
Thank you! Very helpful, detailed and clear instructions!
Very helpful. Clear and concise. Thank you!!
Thank you so much, for explaining this in a simple, gentle way! For those of us wanting to save money, by doing our own home repairs, this is fabulous!
Hey, you, forgot, to, add, more, unnecessary, commas.
@@ramonaugusto4282 Oh cool its nice to know grammar nazi's still exist and are still annoying as funk(yes i typed funk, got a problem? Go funk yourself). Your comment by no means helped anything but to prove that you're an asshat.
Very helpful! I had water under my bathroom sink, but after watching a couple videos I realized that I was not exactly sure what the source was. This video was perfect for doing the 'diagnosis' -- and it turned out my issue was the easiest fix -- just had to tighten the supply line valve. Now the harder part will be fixing the water damage inside of the cabinet.
It is 2022....Nicholas, THANK YOU! I've had a leak under the sink the past few days. Thanksgiving was yesterday and I know there is holiday pricing for a plumber to be called out. I watched your video and tightened one nut and it stopped. I'm hoping this is it. Your video saved me $$$. Cheers!
Clear and concise explanation...you are one cool dude...thank-you for taking the time to explain it so clearly...:)

I just fixed a toilet this week, so I can tackle this now. Thank you for the video, I appreciate the clarity of your demonstration. Are all kitchen sink pipes the same size? If not, how do I measure them?
Thank you😊
Thank you, @2:10 saved us! The spray was not screwed on properly and water trickled down the neck to the bottom of the sink.
Thank You so much ,my spray hose attachment was loose and that’s where my leak was ,wouldn’t have thought of that !
Thank you 🙏
This helped me a lot. I couldn't figure why my sink was leaking then watching this video i fixed it myself and did not have to call a plumber and pay money. So thank you very much. It was the trap

Belinda:
I'm glad you fixed it.
Now you can _work it._
Good job. I have a double handle faucet and it seems to be leaking from underneath - is this something I should address with caulk or is there inherently something bad with the faucet at the base?
Hey, thanks! That made the job I need to do a LOT less intimidating!
Oh yeah, could you expand on the information about the P-Trap I think you referred to it as? If it is loose what recommendations do you give for tightening it. The Pro-dope or is there any other manner in which to tighten it? Thank you in advance.
THANKS!!!!!
Thank. You
How to turn off water supply under the sink... clockwise or counterclockwise ... in the U. S.?
Thank you ^^
perfect!
Thanks 🙏
Ty
Thanks.
thx for help with video this is good to identify at least are of problem and may be even have a quick fix.
Nice Vid, plumbers grease is an option
Just found out that leaking can occur when that horizontal pipe is clogged...
Thanks for the video btw.
very informative and helpful.. thank you so much
Good luck bro u seem cool
Bro thank you so much for this!! I had years worth of gunk in the trap pipe and there were two knives stuck in there 😭
I have a very slow leak coming out of the top of the nut that holds the 3/8" pex faucet feed line to the water line connection fitting under the sink. There's a nylon compression ring under the nut along with a rubber ring below the compression ring. I am guessing water is seeping around the rubber fitting. I can't find replacement rings anywhere. What can I do about this?
Whats the best pvc glue for the drain pipes. At the tip of the sink
Thanks for sharing, my kitchen sink is leaking undwer behind walls down to basement I can hear water splashing dripping every time we drain water from kitchen sink. How to fix the problem?
A Basin wrench that would have saved ne so much time. I was using an adjustable wrench to tighten a nut for a water filter faucet and that tool would have made it so easy. Wow talk about right tool for the job.
I'm sure u will need it again so thank you
I'll see if I can figure it out, thanks
I think from the video we can conclude pee is in fact stored in the nuts. Hope this helps. God bless.
So before u take out the water trap, u must turn off the water main right or no?
This was awesome but I have a disconnected plastic tube under my bathroom sink - totally bizarre. Just went to turn on the water to wash my face and nothing came out but I heard the water running. Looked under the sink and the left side tube had someone become disconnected. Tried reconnecting the tube but it doesn't want to screw back on or push on - can't figure out how to reconnect yet it looks like a simple fix. Could you do a video for that type of issue please?
Pamela Greenwood I have the same problem. How did you solve this issue?
Could bad seating be causing the water to be dripping below sink. I replaced the hoses and it's still dripping from that area. The large black plastic nuts seem tight.
How do I raise my sink so it’s easy to work on?😂😂 all kidding aside, thank you!! I am going to tackle the leak under my kitchen sink.❤️
😂😂🤣🤣🤣
My sink is leaking from the black circle thing, that is just above where the pipes connect to the sink. How would I go about any DIY repairs?
i have a leak from under the sink at the top of the faucet hose i think it is a seal how do i know what i need
im here to say that my brother drank the "shield potion'" from under there
+7% shield bonus added
Why ? N how?
@Lillie Iliff dunno
very helpful just need to find one that has the main pipe on the floor not the wall🙄🤔
Do you always need sealent?
Good info AND he's cute! I love a New York man!
+Nikki Stephenson Nikki: I'm a New York man -- domiciled, at least. Does this count?
Wish me luck I’m gonna try to fix the sink lol
Great video, thanks for sharing w/ others, but could you make a second video & break it down for a woman w/ no clue, please? :/ Thanks.
As a woman I look on RUclips to see what the doohickey is called if I dont know. I actually used the word doohickey yesterday at the hardware store
Woman or MAN with no clue!!!
My issue is that you child bangs things on the drain pipes and the move. How do you keep them in place?
