Hey, new sub here. First of all, you do not have to apologize for not liking a certain genre of music, or a band, or some songs from a band, or a certain vocalist, or vocal style etc etc.... You have the right to like what you like and you do not have to give an explanation or to apologize for it. I am just done with your intro, but I had to just leave this comment, because you are not wrong in not liking something. I myself am a super fan of the very agressive styles of music, cause they calm me down and help me sleep and stuff like that, but honestly, I am aware of the fact this music is not for everyone. And is ok. Anyway, congrats for at least checking Lorna Shore to see what they are about (saw it in the comments below).

I try to generally be respectful of people's tastes so it was more of a disclaimer than anything haha Even though I don't particularly enjoy the genre, I still try to have an open mind and would check out their latest releases at least once or twice. Probably wouldn't make videos on it though, as most of the time I'm just going what the fuck and how the fuck lol
I know you were trying to be respectful, but come on bro, do you really want one of the best harsh vocalists of our time to just do cleans? Maybe if you're open to giving it another chance, you should try the Pain Remains trilogy by Lorna Shore, with official video and lyrics on hand. It's often called their most emotional work, or also a "deathcore ballad". If anything could change your perspective, it would be this. Only other tip I can give is, think of screaming vocals as another instrument, rather than singing.
Oh, I didn't mean it like that! I know he's one of the most prolific scream-centric vocalists out there right now, I've just personally never been able to enjoy pure deathcore / black metal. Listened to bands like Make Them Suffer, Crystal Lake and even checked out most of Lorna Shore's last album (the trilogy included) when it came out. This is just my personal preference, of course. I like a blend of both. When melodies are being sung, and screams are being used to accentuate the lyrics / powerful moments of a song. Plus, dude just has an amazing fucking clean tone and I just selfishly wanna hear more of it, whether if it's in Lorna Shore or just from more covers.
I love this cover. I doubt that there'll be cleans in Lorna Shore. It just doesn't fit the genre. That being said... I hope Will might sing in a second band one day, that mixes cleans and harsh vocals, because that's what I prefer personally. Lorna Shore is too much of a sound wall for me.
