I used to make the small ones for you with Creg! They worked fantastic!

Love these tire bead busters. I have the smaller yellow one and it works great but I think I'm gonna get this one too. I love em!

We watched your video and followed the same process although, had a really hard time getting the BeadBuster foot under wheel lip on 15" rim with 31" tire. Yes, we applied soap. Almost pure Dawn dish soap for max lube. While pushing down with tool, noticed it damaged the tire bead on a brand new Maxxis Carnivores UTV tire. Moved the tool over about 6" and it damaged that area of tire bead. Broke through the rubber bead into metal cords, leaving compressed area the size of Bead Buster foot. We notice on another RUclipsr Channel that he experienced the same thing. After that, we used tire irons and soap. What did we do wrong that caused the tire bead damage ? If replacing tire, it wouldn't be a concern but we weren't replacing the tire. Thanks for any suggestions you may be able to offer.

There are two factors which make that situation possible. 1) If the ram foot is not installed fully, it applies force on the outer half of the steel bead bundle only, instead of the entire bead bundle. 2) On a difficult tire, which is dry rotted or on an old corroded rim, it's beast to only push the bead down a very short distance because the adjacent bead will still be frozen in place. Then, after pushing the bead down 1/2" or 3/4", move the tool over and repeat. On really difficult tires, I may have to go half way around the rim. Once a large enough section of of the bead has been pushed down, there will be less tension on the bead and so extending the ram foot fully will not require much force.

Looking online, the XB 454 would be what I would need for a 315 50 17 drag radial? Or do you have another recommendation ?

I believe the XB-454 would work well on your tires. Please review a few of our YT videos to make sure you understand how best to use the tool. Thanks for your support

A good demonstration video, but to prevent scratching and damage to your cherished alloy rim, i would be putting it on a protective mat.

      That's a good suggestion.

It probably costs $50-$70 to ship the tool. Brazil has duties also.
