As a counter challenge to that God weapon, do you think it possible to survive a tier 7 dungeon armed with the most basic below 20 damage single-hand sword and similar throwing axe? Could anyone make it out alive?

I do think that's possible, especially with exo perks and potions. However, it would probably take a while and a ton of caution. I'm hoping that kind of challenge is what the developers are going to add with dungeon assignments and challenges.

My unblockable sword has fire damage too is that good

Yeah, I consider fire damage to be the best element over poison and even ice. Unblockable plus fire might be one of the best weapons in the game.
